1 ★This is the worst app. Not customer friendly.. my order is not delivered even after one month...delivery partner Ecom is worst. They took back my parcel from my door just becuas I did not received OTP on my phone.. no refund ..no customer care.. my Rs 350 wasted.... They are fraud....
1 ★1.They will lure you with Faster delivery timings and those rates are also high. But when u order those Fast mode delivery ...the products comes at standard mode of delivery though charged for faster mode. 2. They will show "moving as expected" and the product delivery date is given at a certain time ... while on viewing the package shipping details u will see that the product will take much more than than promised as the product is still in other state.
1 ★I don't understand why you guys are charging extra for express deliveries when you can't keep up with the timelines. Please don't cheat your customers and let them know the correct delivery dates at the time of order placing. My gifts got late twice. I am not sure why I used the same app twice and paid extra for delivery and got cheated... Twice!
1 ★Product are literally very small in size. And additional charges are havoc🤮. Shipping charges 99+ tax on product 70+ tax on delivery + platform fee 10. Literally these additional charges(180+) are not worth the product itself. I will recommend you to get your book created at any nearby studio.
1 ★If you are downloading this app because of "free photo book" Offer, than please don't download it, I've tried for that, they charge extra on tax (₹15), shipping (₹150), cash on delivery price ₹60 extra, damn! They aren't giving you free photo book they indirectly charge you from the above things. I repeat please dont go for it.
5 ★👏👏🤩🤩Honesty i want to say that this app their service is absolutely good. I ordered from zoomin for the frst time and they give me an offer for the frst purchase. That offer ws awsm🤑and they properly communicate about their shipping, delivery. My poloroids were delivered before the expctd date🤩My photographs otherwise the poloroids are of good quality.the texture of the material is realy wonderful.😍thanku zoomin services. Will dfntly checkout for future purchases. 🤗
3 ★Delivery service is not at all good. Ordered items were reached out city 7 days back but still not picked up by the connecting courier service. I ordered these items for a special occasion but now they are of no use.
5 ★I hav ordered a photo print. And the order is prepaid they charge extra for faster delivery but.. the order is still in transit.. very much disappointed 😞 😔 for ur service. Product is good.. but delivery take much more time please make ur own delivery rather than giving 3rd party
4 ★You are doing a quality work. Paper and print quality is very good. I want to give u 5 stars but there are some issues like- slow shipping process ,even your fastest delivery takes 3 to 5 days..some bugs in app like -screen got white when you auto rotate your phone.
1 ★I have never seen such a pathetic helpdesk system and service. The helpdesk page need different credentials than regular ZoomIn credentials. The helpdesk page does not allow me to reset my password. It even does not allow me to login with my Zoomin credentials. The sign up page itself never works. So, I had to raise 3 tickets everytime I wanted to update my original ticket. This is the last time I am using Zoomin. I am gonna uninstall this app once I receive my order.
3 ★Issue to raise a query. While raising a query this app asking to use help option but after that require to take login again anyhow I already logedin in application, After I tried to loging while raising query the app was stucked nothing will happen.
1 ★Really searching for negative star. Ordered two photobook with different order id so as to avoid confusion,and guess what tbey just mixed up. 😄 Both are for different people and they get interchanged. You can't believe zoomin if you wanna give gift /surprise to anyone,but you can get it from there side.Never going to use again. If you really want to help instead of commenting reach out us at.... Solve my problem and this fixed asap already mailed twice about this. TIP: 1) Hire good developer
