5 ★Presence of StarQuik definitely an advantage in the online grocery and vegetables shopping space, which was really helpful during the period of COVID-19 days. To keep the business competitive and customer friendly I suggest to introduce a responsive customer service team on real time basis and improve quality and competitive pricing of the vegetables traded. Rest will automatically fall in place. There is remarkable improvement in processing refund for products non availability and cancellation.
3 ★The content description of the products is poorly written. The photos don't display every angle of the products, especially those with the nutritional information printed on the back. In today's age, with so many other apps displaying many of the same FMCG products, it's better to buy from elsewhere, notwithstanding the petty discount (in paisas) on this app.
4 ★Star is systematic and organized you can choose the delivery ...just that few orders you may not get it at the time of delivery. Also it's recommended that the refund should be given back instead of keeping in the wallet...
5 ★Tata has a big brand name across globe. It is really difficult to manage this kind of business without any complaints. However, they made it without any glitches. Thanks to the entire team for providing good quality products. I never thought that we would get such a fresh and hygienic products. Really great see very good quality which are comparable with US products. In case of vegetables and oils which are pretty much match with US brands.
5 ★Currently the best e-commerce website for quickest delivery. While big players are taking a week for delivering essential items in Bangalore, StarQuik does it same day or next day. Also, the quality of grocery is good. And you can trust Tata any day!!!
4 ★Prices are good, quality is excellent but availability is questionable here. Most of the time you order something l, gone by the time of delivery. Please keep check on the quantity before taking orders online.
1 ★The worst customer service you will ever come across. Raised a complaint but all the chat consultant weren't bothered to check and analysis the price discrepancy on my order and kept replying with templates. One star is also too much for the behaviour.
1 ★The most unreliable source. I echo the view of many users mentioned before that the customer support is the worst. They have no idea or information about the order you place. They mention order was picked and delivered by today. But the reality is completely untrue. Long way to improve the customer support.
4 ★I have downloaded today only. But I have been from starquik. I find the quality to good. Delivery is given as per schedule. Vegetables and fruits are less but quality is good
1 ★One of the worst app. 99% of the items are overrated and not available 90% of the time. Also, the app has so many spammy notifications, keeps connecting in the background 24 hours of the day. There are so many analytics.
1 ★Slow. Not well designed. Incomplete information. Shipping slots full means you can't choose another day. Pathetic experience. The only time I ever rated an app was for the same few mnths ago. I feel bad to say but if there were negative star ratings I'd give that to this. I suggest nobody order only from star. No value for tiem and shameless enough not to contact a customer to mention there will be a delay in delivery. No number to contact either. My veggies were to be here by 7pm. Pathetic..
4 ★It's good but the UI can use some upgrades, more defined sub-categories could be added specially in the food section. The "Branded" section is a bit confusing as it has all the different types of products in one place. Altogether, an okish experience for the app. As for delivery, it was quick and hassle free and I find that StarQuik has better deals than the other online grocery stores.
