1 ★one of the worst service going through in socity. hardly any product you will find. cutoff time is 10 but 4pm onwards only u will start feeling product are not available or out of stock.
1 ★Irresponsible team and worst delivery app ever. Many times the delivery person called and said the current item is unavailable and instead is bringing a less value item. Also many times most of the items are out of stock
5 ★Review after getting 5 orders completed. Excellent delivery service and quality of vegetables/fruits is very good. The range of products might not be as big as Amazon or Bigbasket but it's growing and very well maintained (new items are added every day) The customer support is very active and got very fast response. Minor suggestion will be to include some addition functionalities related to support to round off the application further and accept payment from upi applications.
1 ★App auto closes n crashes tried iOS and android. Takes forever to open and tye crashes. Really wanted to try this but now will definetly give up ! Cant upload a pic here to show

One feedback though it's kind of nagging me is on the Payment system honestly I would like to keep my money in my bank account, so transffering money every time is kindly bugging which Paytm used to do earlier. Now most only does real time for every invoice. Please change the Payment method to realtime for every order or invoice rather than transfer into QUBag account.
2 ★First Impression - Unreliable Service: Fed up with SUPR daily, I tried Qubag. I am trying out the service with Get Once option for now; suddenly the milk is not delivered and the app status is "Delivered". Then on complaining the amount is refunded in the "wallet". Other than app built-in option posting a complaint or suggestion, there is no way you can contact the customer service - no mail, no phone, no chat support. Dear Developer, Recieving "error code 123" in your Help.> Complain option
1 ★There is no proper customer support. No call center number. If you raise complaint in application, they will not respond properly.
5 ★I was used many apps to get milk and daily essentials , qubag is very good and easy to use and place orders and ontime delivery.We can trust the app and of you get any damaged product we can raise complaint ,they will ask us issue or will refund amount .Such a no app is doing like this I think so without any additional questions or enquiries .Keep it up .Trusting the customers .Thanks Qubag team .you may rock in future .keep on adding new items so we can get most of the products from hear.
5 ★Amazing customer service, prompt response for suggestion/complaint and they try sincerely to resolve. Regarding App very easy, my 70year mother also able to order. Fresh vegetables & fruits. Packing is good delivery of time is the best & the delivery boys very humble. They try to source items/brands if we request. Hope they continue this 5 star service. Keep going Qbag team. Only issue is they have limited brands of food items to compare the prices
