โปรแกรม iStamp 3D นี้ ใช้คู่กับแสตมป์ส่วนตัว เวอร์ชั่น "พระธาตุพนม" ที่บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด ได้ผลิตจำหน่ายเท่านั้น ซึ่งเป็นแสตมป์มิติใหม่ ที่สามารถใช้กล้องบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือแท็บเล็ต ส่องดูภาพพระธาตุพนมแบบ 3 มิติได้ และพร้อมมีเสียงสวดบูชาพระธาตุพนม เพียงทำตามขั้นตอน ดังต่อไปนี้
1) ติดตั้งโปรแกรม iStamp 3D นี้ลงบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือแท็บเล็ตที่ต้องการใช้งาน
2) เปิดโปรแกรม iStamp 3D แล้วส่องลงบนรูปพระธาตุพนม ที่อยู่ในชุดแสตมป์ส่วนตัวที่ได้จากบริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด โดยให้โทรศัพท์มือถือหรือแท็บเล็ต ทำมุม 45 องศากับภาพ จนกว่าจะเห็นภาพพระธาตุพนม 3 มิติ ปรากฎขึ้นบนจอภาพ พร้อมเสียงสวดบูชาพระธาตุพนม
3) ปรับมุมกล้องบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือแท็บเล็ต เพื่อรับชมภาพพระธาตุพนม ในมุมที่ต้องการ
4) หากไม่สะดวกในการทำตามขั้นตอนในข้อ 3 สามารถทำการหนุนกระดาษแสตมป์ส่วนตัว แทนการหมุนโทรศัพท์มือถือหรือแท็บเล็ตได้
