1 ★Its useless. Chatbot will not provide you right information and it will be disconnected without contacting to customer care. Even you call in 198, it says to use third class myJio app. In my current plan 100 sms were used, so I had to subscribe another monthly plan just to get 100 extra sms as there are no plans for sms. Still 1 rs. per message was deducted from my balance. And after trying 20 times in 198, they said that you can use 100 sms of one plan only. Other plan is now waste of money.
1 ★If there was a option of 0 star I would give it but 1 is least, I am requesting Google to include 0 star in next update. Very bad area coverage, In my location even after so many complaints during 8 months they didn't fix issue. The speed was limited to 20 kbps during day time they said it's a temporary issue due to more number of users.They constantly says that join jio but if they can't give speed due to more no of users. They should stop it. I am stopping my recharges for it now.
1 ★SLOW!! Dang! This app is soooo slow, tap here, wait for 5 mins to load... Tap there and wait wait wait... Ironically I'm using jio fiber and everything loads super fast except for when I need to use the jio app to recharge said fiber. Devs really need to either faster servers or remove 90% of useless features such as ads and promotions to make it run faster
1 ★This time the experience of recharge of Jio prepaid mobile is very bad. For payment, both the credit card and debit card options are not working at all. I tried several time but shows 'page is not available'. This is very much annoying. This problem must be solved as early as possible.
1 ★I don't know how it got 4.2 ratings.Just see the reviews below,you will get the idea😂.First of all the developer team of the app is the worst.Most of the time its features don't work.Then come to the internet speed of jio,I don't think I need to tell anyone about how bad it is.I bought 50Gb of data many times.I couldn't use even 10% of it ,Thanks to The Great Jio Internet speed.And JioSavan omg,Jio brings the best team to build their apps.It never works properly even if I had premium.
1 ★Recharge successful amount deducted but not reflecting. Even in transactions it is not showing. Worst app. Full latency. Customer support is extremely worst. When ever try to chat it is getting chatbot and it is useless wont understand problem at all. Not able to comnect to agent to explain problem. Guys never use this for recharge purpose. Better use phone pe or gpay they are far better. At least you can see whether payment failed or not. Here in my jio transaction itself not showing.
1 ★Worst network service of all time and also the worst customer care service in history. The quality of voice calls and the internet speed both are extremely third class. It literally provides 0 kbps all the time and the voice also cuts during calls. The app is also the worst, it doesn't work with low speed nerwork which means it never works with jio network itself and the customer care is usless and not at all helpful. They don't respond in time, they don't do anything to improve their service.
1 ★The last update was worst.....whenever I open the app, it appears "we are fetching your account details" and then it keeps loading nothing happens until I do not exit and then open the app twice or thrice.....the amount of data left is not visible in the box and when I click on that, it shows me some plans....please fix all these things asap
2 ★Earlier it was good, recently the app is too slow & sends too many notifications end of our period & after recharge also... Just like the Network, it has good speeds & no issue in earlier days, recently from few months, network coverage is down & too slow to load any page/game, disconnecting from time-time. Ported from Airtel & now I'll revert back.
1 ★I had the plan 599 which expires after 89 days,on 26 March. Apart from that I had 4g 101 and 612 that were supposed to expire on the same day. So l have to recharge before the expiry current plan to carry forward my 4g vouchers- at least it is what I thought- so I did it. But I was shocked to see that even though my plan got extended ,my vouchers expired. But then I realized that it is reliance, whose research wing, studies how to rob its customers, catching off guard is doing its job well.

I try several times, but thyy always said sorry for this time, they will try better for high speed internet connection, my 3 month recharge has expired, now i have again 129 for a month Recharged but to a very slow speed. They know, they have many customers in this area, that is the reason why internet speed is very bad,

Even the OTP is not generated, I have recharged my number through online yet I either didn't get a confirmation message and unable to do the balance check with *333# or when I tried calling call center their is no response... How do you guys work someone please assist.
