Description
The RCH Clinic Check-in is a mobile application that allows families and young people attending Specialist Clinics appointments at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne to check-in and see a diary of all your future appointments.Once you arrive at the hospital you will be able to check in using your app and go straight to the waiting area. We will know you have arrived without you waiting in a queue or using one of the self-service check-in kiosks. When the doctor is ready to see you a notification will be sent.
In order to use this application once downloaded, scan the barcode on your current Specialist Clinic booking letter from the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. This verifies and registers you/your child.
How does it work?
RCH Clinic Check-in app allows you to confirm we have your correct details and check-in for all your appointments at once.
The application will tell you that you have successfully checked-in for you clinic appointments and also notify if you are required go to the clinic desk to update any details.
You will be sent an electronic ticket number that you can either view on the screens located around the hospital or receive a notification of when the doctor/ clinician is nearly ready to see you.
You will only be able to check-in when you are at the hospital but you will be able to see a diary of all your future appointments at any time.
