2 ★Search results are still inaccurate (showing no results for content that's available). App hangs or crashes a lot. Resume playback only works half of the time. A lot of simple functionalities already available in all other streaming services/video players are still missing here (ex: quick fast forward). All in all a very unreliable and non user friendly app. The only reason I still bother is because it's the only way to watch UFC in my area. Hope you make some improvements soon.

I got to install it earlier then after I use my trial I can't even log in, then after so many trial I got on the home screen of the app and finally when I'm trying to watch any movies or series it keeps telling that there's no payment affiliated with my account but I have try it twice and actually they emailed me twice about my subscription so I decided to cancel the first one. I can't use this app. Whats wrong with this app?
1 ★This is a total scam! I first used its free trial but they deduct a total of ₱249 from my account. I reported it as soon as possible but until now I haven't got an update about it. Also, it wasn't even my last day of subscription but they deducted ₱249 again. It's not even worth it since the application keeps on force closing and there's always a problem signing in using google account.
1 ★Cons: - very slow servers, even when you're using fiber internet at 100mbps - low quality video bit rates (expect pixels) - very small video library (I'd be very surprised if they have more than 500 videos) - most of the available videos are in 720p format (or it looks like it's 720p - it's that bad!) - profile management is the worst, the app can't differentiate between different users, and always remembers the last video played, regardless if it's from another profile. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS!
3 ★The app is okay but not the best. There are a lot of glitches. It will sometimes just crash. Sports does not include football (NFL). Only tennis, UFC, etc. All in all, good for its price, considering the movie and series collection plus the lack of NFL coverage.
2 ★2 stars because of play issues, I didnt have issue with netflix or other streaming apps. This one though keeps freezing the video while the Audio runs fine. I dont believe its network issue since I can watch any series just fine on my pc, it could be a system processor speed issue as fox+ app doesnt run well on devices with CPU of under 1.4GHz (tried it on an old samsung 10" tab3 and it was just snail slow. I think the devs should optimize their app (a glorified browser) for devices that runs with lower cpu speed. Mine's an LGV20 with 2.1GHz and still can't have a decent watching experience.
1 ★Totally disappointed. I felt like cheated. when I signed up for the free trial you asked me for my Credit card and said you will not charge me. after i cancelled my free subscription and even uninstalled the app you have charged me twice? you can even track your record that after the trial period I did not even once openned fox+ again. i want my refunds for those two charges. i feel like i have been robbed for some service that i did not even use.
3 ★It's annoying and frustrating that you can't press back in the app when casting a show. i.e. It's impossible to browse shows in the app when something is playing on TV. Also irritating that it can't auto play the next episode when you're out of the app and that shows have to start at the very beginning when you leave it paused for long.
3 ★Great service, poorly developed app. Fox+ content isn't bad at all, the app has some hiccups, the main issue is the settings, in netflix, there is a option on what designated storage "e.g Internal storage or external storage" where your downloads saved, unlike Fox+ it automatically saves on your internal storage! not on your external storage without any choices what storage system you want to saved those movies or series, on Fox+ there's no settings where you want to save your downloads, it's automatically saves on your internal storage. Fox+ app developers must fix this.
1 ★Besides from consuming a lot of data, this app has a lot of bugs like it will refresh when you just went into another app to see a massage or something. And it loads so slow even though I've got a better net connection and it really annoys me all the time I try to watch something on it... Please fix this and I'll change the star that I'm gonna give if there's an improvement.
1 ★Such a bad user interface. A high school passout can make way better design and app. I am a paid subscriber through Globe in Philippines and the app just does nit work properly. I am using Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and the play button on the videos don't work. On my Samsung Galaxy Tab S the video will stop with an error message. Even on my Google Pixel 2 XL the same problems persist. I will surely cancel the subscription and all my friends will cancel too. Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix are the best. Fox is just worthless. Besides I can watch Walking Dead in Netflix too.
3 ★Installed the app yesterday. It was working. But when I opened it now. It says that Fox+ is not yet available in this country. How come? I just used it yesterday. I'm from the Philippines by the way. Fox+ is working fine in my laptop though. Hope you can fix the app since I also want to watch on my phone. Thanks!
