How to install Just Cloud APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Every month I made payments. Years later, I would make a payment and think everything was fine and discover they reversed my payment. Finally, I discovered the reason was that they deleted or lost my files. 300gb of data from my old computer. It took a week to upload this information. I paid for them to store it and now it's gone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
2 ★Thought you found the perfect place to keep important info. Then I noticed none of my photos have synced since Sept. 30th! What's up w/ that? Trying to contact them.

1 ★I rather use MEGA STORAGE for free. In the middle of transferring files says error uploading because I need to upgrade (pay) you won't catch me like that thank you. Google Drive is also cheaper, and it's Google!
1 ★Signed for my 'free account' with the understanding it was a free trial. Figured a month, 2 weeks at minimum. Right. 15 minutes after opening my account, I tried to upload my first file to the cloud. DENIED. Was told my account was expired, and it rerouted me to a billing page. SHAM.
1 ★Syncs some of my photos. Not clear how to get other files. More interested in getting you to pay more than fixing problems -- billed me for a year, after a year, even though I paid for 3 years. They had me down for two accounts (same email address, different first names). They would not refund the fees for premium and 3-yr subscription, so did not cancel. Took ten calls to get the license correct. Dumb interface that has case sensitive user name without hint; spent over an hour trying to log in. Terrible!
1 ★I was told that I could easily transfer files and photo folders from an old cell phone to a new cell phone. This is not true! Each file and photo must be transferred one at a time; and then put into folders one at a time. Very time-consuming and extremely disappointing! Also, all tech support is by email only. You can't call and no one will call you. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with several different reps, I gave up. Now researching for a different cloud backup service.
1 ★Tried to find away to sync my tablet and phone's music without needing an actual computer. Tried this. Was able to upload 4 songs before it said I need to upgrade and that I was out of space. Deleting my account and uninstalling.
1 ★It not unlimited or I can upload only photos music or videos. Not other things.
1 ★My tablet hangs on ' scanning photos ', it used to work but now stopped. It seems to have timed with updating to Android Kitkat - please fix this major problem!
5 ★Have been using this for 2 years now and have had no issues. I love being able to play music that is on my laptop through my phone when I am away from home. I just have to remember to leave my laptop on so it backs up. The phone back up has been working great as well. :-)
