Las lluvias, las filtraciones de agua, las obras públicas o privadas y el desgaste natural por el uso cotidiano aunado a los millones de vehículos que circulan a diario por las vías de esta Ciudad son factores determinantes en el deterioro de la carpeta asfáltica de la Ciudad de México.Debido a eso, el Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, Dr. Miguel Ángel Mancera impulsó el programa Bache 24, que tiene como objetivo atender en un plazo no mayor a 24 horas, los reportes realizados por los ciudadanos con respecto a baches ubicados en la red vial primaria, la cual está integrada por 169 vialidades (incluidos eje viales, calzadas, avenidas principales, así como vías de acceso a la ciudad).
Este programa busca garantizar la seguridad vial y peatonal de los habitantes de la Ciudad de México a través de un sistema de bacheo eficiente.
Gracias a un sistema de captura, monitoreo y supervisión; se dará seguimiento a las solicitudes de bacheo en un tiempo menor a 24 horas concluyendo con un reporte al usuario que haya levantado la solicitud.
