1 ★unsatisfactory - I bought this app to keep me in track no matter how many updates I do not get reminders. very frustrated, I contacted support and they say they are working in it and that was months ago, still not fixed. highly dissatisfied
1 ★Pointless. Unless you wanna pay for every other word and feature, there's no point. Doesn't really help you, either. May as well just write on paper. Ther are far better apps out there.
1 ★This app is bogus! Doesn't answers inquiries and doesn't have an option to cancel. You should be able to click the subscription settings and cancel but it doesn't allow. Will be calling my bank.

5 ★It's great if you haven't worked out in a while and you just wanna ease back into it even if your lazy it's easy and gives u a fresh start to your day, I like to start in the mornings and when it's done for the month or somthing just start again or look up Sarah's day in Instagram she has lots of others to try once your done.
1 ★I didn't agree with the drastic differences in pricing so i didn't use it, but reviewing for the curious. 19.99 a year or do the 7 day trial and pay 19.99 a month.
4 ★I really enjoy the workout progression. It's nice to ease my way back into fitness after the birth of my daughter. I wish there was a way to go back and complete missed workouts though. Other than that, I have no complaints.
3 ★It asks what kind of lifestyle you already lead, for me a sedentary lifestyle but by day two it had me attempting side planks and day three, attempting burpees. How is this program supposed to work if the excercies you are offering are advanced maneuvers? You cant lose weight if you cant do the excercies not to mention one gets discouraged and it's hard to stick with it. I have alerts turned on for my water consumption but have never received an alert? Meal plans would be helpful as well.

1 ★I have cancelled my subscription and yet charged for it.i have never used the app and cancelled it the day I downloaded it but at the end of the month the bank still charged me.How is it fair?I have never faced such a problem with any other app.Pls look into the matter and REFUND the money.Thanks.
1 ★I installed this app few days back but never used it and then after 1 week Rs 2550 automatically got deducted from my account. I requested for refund. I received a mail through Google grinasys that it has been approved but still I haven't received my money. Plz refund that amount as soon as possible and resolve my issue, I am not going to use this app any further neither I am interested anymore.
1 ★Dissapointing. Will cancel the subscription now. Please don't ever try to try the free trial. It will leads you to subscribe automatically and being charged without using the service. Very bad.
