1 ★App isn't good. If you toggle out for any reason you can't go back to it. It will come up but you can't use it. You have to restart your phone to use it which is ridiculous. I see by the reviews that it isn't my phone which I originally thought.

3 ★This app used to work well, but today when I opened it while in the store all I got was a black screen. Judging by other reviewer comments this isn't an isolated incident. A bug fix is in order.

1 ★Has been freezing up when leaving the app and going back, makes it such a pain when looking at recipes, I'll be switching to Shaws until further notice.

The screen goes black except for the Hannaford logo. i.e. this morning i searched for cheese curds, switched to something else, switched back to the app to show my husband and had to close it and re-search, then I wanted to search for something else but nooooo, black screen. I had to close the app again and re-open it. It's pretty annoying.

3 ★Doesn't work well. Coupons are not processed correctly, some not working at all, others discounting a lesser amount. it is useful for finding items in store.

1 ★Love Hannaford, hate the app. There's no reason for the ridiculously remedial glitches that make it nearly useless. Often get a black screen & have to relaunch - and sometimes that doesn't even work. When I'm in one of the 2 Hannaford stores I frequent, it won't work at all, no matter what I do, so I can't access my shopping list. What's the point? Can't recommend.
