4 ★Awesome platform for temp and medium term jobs. Prompt payment and friendly managenent. Pay is better than most walk in temp agencies.

1 ★You get punished on reputation if you apply for a job and have to decline it if you have just accepted a job on another platform. Employers should have some sort of system to offer roles earlier in the day so people know what they might be doing tomorrow to plan sleep for early mornings etc. Got criticised by an employer for turning down a role he cold called me about (I didn't apply for) that started at 730 am 15 or 20km away from where I live. Pay is too low for manual labour.

1 ★Aggressive spaming. If you uninstall the app, they will spam your email and even call you! Seems just a ploy to collect personal info. They won't send you job details, unless you tell them your SIN, which may even be something illegal to do.
