5 ★One of, if not my favourite app, beautiful simplicity don't change the layout please a lot of other apps make it harder for creators that dont want to pay to be "sponsored posts" and as a result ive found a few majorly underrated artists that i check my app daily for new creations ✨😍
3 ★Don't like that it's mandatory to register an account. I would prefer to use this just locally. Also, connecting to WIFI is not working and the described steps are not very helpful. I couldn't find a way to reduce the speed, in which the animations/tme-display are changing. I would love to show the time for much longer and animations only occasionally or at least with a pause before it changes, to reduce the stress.
4 ★Not possible to create an account (timeout error). Then it says the account has been created. Trying to login . Timeout error. Very disappointing start. In the end it's not possible for me to use the app. And therfor the box is just a Bluetooth speaker. :( And yes I uninstalled and installed again and tried with WiFi and without and restarted my phone . Didn't help Update: I was able to login and able to use it. It's very easy to use and now does what's expected and more
3 ★I had the pixoo for over 1 year and I stopped playing around with this app because of it's annoying limitations and lack of expected features! It gets old fast! I have now upgraded to the Pixoo Max and was surprised that over 1 year later, not a lot as changed! The devices/hardware are high quality but the software leaves a lot to be desired. Now, it cannot even hold the brightness level for long. At least with the Pixoo I did not have this issue! Please workout the bugs and add to new features!
3 ★Chat does NOT work. Annoying since I shelled out an additional 50€ for my gf's speaker and Chat doesn't work! Contact DiVoom also doesnt do anything because NOBODY ANSWERS! Being able to better see what's playing on a music channel would be nice. Sometimes the app opens BY ITSELF!! The speaker is awesome but the app DEFINITELY needs work!
4 ★The app has certainly evolved over time. I'm using it since I received the Tivoo-Max from the Kickstarter campaign. It was wonky on many levels but kept improving, especially in terms of usability. The community is still active and there's a lot of great artworks and animations to choose from. Also: devices still get firmware updates (Tivoo-Max and Pixoo-Max), which is good. 4 stars because UI and usability are still not quite there.
3 ★Poor. Barely any preview thumbnail images load in Galleria. You can't see them until you hit the blank tile to display the image on the Timoo Max. Also nothing appears in the Local gallery when saved. Galaxy Note 10+ I have a work iPhone and that is equally as useless with the app. Lovely looking device and sounds well, but the app/device support for it is the worst I've seen for a product yet. Cant even delete images off it or know how to a factory reset to get rid of the images loaded on it.
1 ★I like the unique features that most other apps don't have. However, the interface feels cluttered and is too confusing. One of my main suggestions is to make the Add Device button easier to see and make it more clear which buttons to press. It's really unappealing and hard to figure out. (Constructive criticism by the way 😊)
2 ★Since the latest update,nothing works properly.I have 3 devices,2 pixoo-max and and a Tivoo Max.I can't set the clocks that I want like I used to do before.I loved changing the clocks every day,but now the devices decide which clock they want.It is very frustrating.I am trying to run the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab.S.Doe's anyone know how to rectify these problems?
3 ★I have a timoo and I love it. App is easy Practical to use. But sleep mode is not working properly. Lightness and volume controls are switched and redness is not functioning. When I try to change the redness setting the sound loops back to the beginning. Please fix it because sleep mode was one of my main reasons to buy the device.
2 ★I feel like the app is cheap. We should be able to customize much more on our devices (more timing control, mix clock and custome and temp all in one loop, maybe even have it on clock most the time and every so often it will play pre chosen animations, brightness adjustments, ect) overall I like the idea of the devices but the app needs a lot of work
4 ★I love my new Divoom Ditto! I'm still getting used to it. I just wish the alarm clock on the app would allow people to set custom music to it. I also think the app could be upgraded to look less cheap and more high tech.
