A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Video exercises are great but it never syncs with Fitbit app; I always have to log them manually. Also the audio exercises don't tell you how to actually do the exercise, the narrater just says things like "I love this exercise for warming up my whole body" and the text on screen just says "lower left hamstring", like what? Sort out the syncing issues though, it's extremely annoying as manual logging has terrible UI and is a pain.
2 ★Surprised that you can't play the workouts all the way through. All they do is give you a list of exercises and you're supposed to keep track of your own time. Feels like I spend as much time switching between Fitbit and timer app than I actually spend exercising. It's easier just to watch a YouTube video. Edit: Figured out that you need to click the checkmark on the workout to start it. You'd save users frustrating by using intuitive icons. Who uses a checkmark icon to play a video?
4 ★Almost great! I love the workouts, the programs, the reminders with the fitbit app but it does not consistently register as completed on my dashboard in the Fitbit app. It drives me crazy to not have my tasks checked off that I know I completed!
1 ★The app isn't logging my completed workouts and there doesn't seem to be a way of manually logging it either - I have the up to date version of both Fitbit and Fitbit Coach, I just got a new Versa 3 and I have done the same workout 3 times on the day that the workout was scheduled for on my plan. I've spent a lot on FitBit at this stage, the least it can do is log workouts!!
1 ★This is a fairly buggy app, would not recommend. A few of the bugs I've encountered: Does not sync correctly with fitbit app, extremely frustrating. As others have noted, back/forward controls on the video do not work, also very frustrating. Some content is missing from videos causing certain workouts to be skipped.
1 ★Very frustrated, signed up for 90 day trial and it won't let me unlock any of the activities, seems a common problem-arghhhhh Tried unsubscribing, etc but no go.... Sorry it out, your a huge company failing your customers and seems to be a common problem
4 ★I love the workouts, wish there was a bit more variety. (Yoga, pilates) The app originally linked my programs to my fitbit app, but then it stopped doing that.... That loss of functionality affects the rating...my workouts aren't being captured in my FitBit app.
4 ★I just started using the app, but so far, I really like it and think I could get a lot from it. The only thing I don't understand is that I signed up for the $39.99 yearly subscription, so I could use all it's features; but every time I try to use something it keeps telling me I need to sign up. So, I clicked on the $7.99 monthly subscription, just in case I did something wrong, and it's still doing the same thing. If they help me fix this issue, I'd be very pleased.
5 ★I'm a newbie to fitbit coach, just done my 1st workout and I have to say I loved it! I like how the coach is with you all the way through the workout giving clear instructions and helping with breathing technique, also the added bonus of fitbit radio! The only downside is i can't listen to my own music when on the app, you have to listen to fitbit radio when using headphones, but I can deal with that
1 ★Before I paid for Premium, I never had a problem downloading and playing workouts. Once I paid, it's completely hit or miss whether the workout downloads. Been to the forums, un/reinstalled, etc. This is even a completely different phone thanI had when my subscription started. Sometimes it downloads, sometimes it doesn't. Also, when it does download, I have hundreds of temp files. Can't those be cached into a "Fitbit Coach" folder so that (mythical) downloading takes less time?
4 ★Great, audio and visuals have a low streaming quality to them... The workouts are good. They definitely catch up to your workout levels if you rate the workouts. Overall good app. Could use more refinement.
3 ★would like to see more easy workouts....some of us are beginners. It would also be nice if instead of just playing music they would do the timing....it says to do something for 30 sec but doesn't give you the start or stop time. I guess I was thinking it would be more of a coach walking you through the exercises. It does have good examples of how to do the exercises and a variety...especially if you want a hard workout...I am just not at that level.
