Subscriptions to the Fit&Thick app may be managed by yourself as a user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. There will be no cancellation of a current subscription during an active subscription period. 5 ★I don't go to the gym. I can do my workout while my son sleeps at home. Very straight forward and easy to use. Not stressful like many other workout programs. I'd pay this any day over a gym membership. Is helping me feel good to get back to my pre pregnancy body. Results are slow but happening. I prefer because I'm not trying to bulk up, just tone. This is my opinion but i like it because it's targeting a woman's figure and natural curve. I will continue to use this. I don't have much experience working out, so its cool to have something i understand. Also they have a link to buy the equiptment needed for the workouts. Like i said i have no workout experience and have no idea where to look or begin finding equipment. That makes it easy. I hope to get it soon. I love what ya'll do. Keep the positive vibes coming. Because im starting to get my confidence back. I havent been using long but i feel i now i have a chance without feeling judged at a gym.
5 ★It's been working great, but for some reason it won't open up at all. It keeps coming up in red "server not responding please try again". Help! UPDATE : I read someone else's review and realized its not working because I have a 5.1 android which is old. Bummer!! I will be getting a new phone, pretty much just so I can use the app again. WORTH THE MONEY!!! This app is the best and I noticed positive changes after 1 week!!!
5 ★I was on week 4 on the app, and now I'm back to week 1. This is the second time it happens and it's annoying that it's making me start all over again. Update* I really love this app! I have had no problems since the bug was fixed. And the customer service people were really helpful when I had problems with the app.
1 ★I have yet to be able to access the app be sure a message saying the server cannot be reached keeps appearing on my screen. I'm very agitated because I pay money to use the app and haven't even been able to use it. I've already exited and re opened I even reset my phone.
2 ★Download the app twice, will not let me make account or log in with fb. Says "log in cancel" and a red bar appears at the top.
1 ★Cancelled my script before next billing date and still was charged! Watch out this app is shifty.
2 ★I like this app but everytime i miss a day the date gets mixed up. It should be kept current to the correct day and most recently completed workout instead of resetting itself. Its very frustrating and time consuming to have to fix this every time. Its a constant problem. In order to get it to the correct day and completed workout, i have to click complete for each work out all over again😣. Please fix this issue asap. Or i will be unfortunately be unsubscribing.
1 ★Workouts look awesome but I can't do them because the app constantly freezes! It's so frustrating after you pay money for it. App eventually completely shuts down after I've updated and have done everything they told me to do. I asked for a refund because I haven't used it since I've purchased it and the developers ignored me. Crooks
2 ★It freezes and then stops responding very frecuently
4 ★It's a great app BUT every time it updates it deletes my progress, I have sent emails out and I am sure they are trying their best to get the app to work proficiently but I guess it just takes some time. Overall I like this app the workouts are great. Leaves me sore every single time <3
