5 ★I can't even describe how amazing this app is! in the past I've tried other apps before but they'd never end up working or they end up wanting me to pay for it. This app is exactly what it says it is! And the person I spoke to....was amazing!
2 ★Underwhelmed. App constantly changes between screens or goes to the top of an article for no reason. Occasionally won't load, or freezes. Not much information available, and it doesn't offer much to the user other than tracking your pets behavior daily.
1 ★great service from the vets but they trick and abuse their free first timers deal to try and rope people into their nasty pyramid scheme. now the support service tells me I must either pay in FULL the price of the vet visit which is supposed to have been free or the remainder of the 12 month long subscription which I was never informed of. Even now they have not told me what this subscription I have is what it entails or the entire cost. DO NO USE THIS APP. IT. IS A SCAM
1 ★Horrible the flea meds are highly toxic they use the stuff that kills roaches!!! I looked it up was horrifed !!! Havent used this service since i tried it they kept mixing up my order never did it get right and the meds STUNK SO BAD I had to bathe my boy and get it off of him never would have used it if i would have known now 1 year later theyre trying to get money off my debit card for what im not getting any products !!!!!! And will never EVER USE THEIR STUFF !!!
5 ★All I know is, we live in the deep South, year round fleas, and no matter what we bought, and spent out the money.... And I came across this app and explain everything and they started sending a monthly treatment and wow it works great!!!!!! So we love this app.
5 ★First time downloading Fuzzy.I have NEVER made reviews on any app I downloaded in the past.My new puppy got rash like bumps on her belly and needed some advice.Went to the chat and immediately got a response by a vet.Vet was very professional,informative,caring,and very thorough with the questions.Vet was a Huge help and answered all my questions.I Really Enjoyed my experience with this app and would recommend it to anyone. In-home services not currently available in my area, will check again!
4 ★Ive used fuzzy in the past! The only reason I stopped was because the flea meds weren't helping her.Since reading atleast 5 reviews , I'm kinda hesitant, on starting up again! Not 1 review was positive!! What's up with that? and Lucy looloo is a spoiled cat🐱meow!!
4 ★Its overall a good quality app, but I just dont like that it is pay to use, so I give this a 4 star review.
1 ★Do not use this app. I cancelled my subscription a month ago and they still charged my card this month. When I tried to get my money back they wouldn't refund my card. They wanted proof that I cancelled. They should have already known I cancelled. They cannot be trusted.
5 ★This app is awesome if you have questions or concerns you can speak to a vet. Or schedule a checkup or they even make house calls for your little or big fur baby. My littile chiua is the absolute love of my life and he's part of my family.
3 ★It is a nice service but for some reason when I type text out to send, it is incredibly laggy. I don't have this problem with any other apps. Is it because I use Google keyboard?
1 ★This is a scam. I tried to sign up for the free trial and upon creating an account there's no way to change anything or remove your information and they continue to charge you. Never got any product and I want my $20.00 back NOW!
