1 ★Etsy itself is a pain in the rear to use but the bottom line is trying to upload a professional photo for the shop. When I uploaded a photo it came out sideways. I rotated it in my photo editor app and it still came out sideways facing the same direction. No way to change it and now my shop looks silly and unprofessional because the app AND the website can't figure out how to upload the photo right. 🤦♀️
1 ★The app does not let you update pictures in a listing or copy a listing. Even after submitting it to the feedback multiple times I've never received a response. The app before this one worked perfectly. I have to log into the website to make any changes. Very frustrating.
1 ★I don't know who decided to get rid of an app that worked properly to replace it with this junk. My messages rarely send, or tell me they did, but then when I get to a computer, there's no record of them anywhere. I might as well just use etsy in the browser on my phone because this app is making it harder to communicate efficiently.
2 ★The functionality of this app is just really horrible. When you click the button to add a new item to your listings, the screen just reloads and takes you backwards in the process... So it's actually impossible to even create a new listing using the app which means you have to do it on your computer. Needs a lot of work!

ALWAYS an issue and takes me like 2 hrs to get it to show edit shop button. worst app. you'd think they would have better people creating user friendly app after all these years. wish I had enough money to make my own website or sell on another platform. if I edit any items it changes the variations and prices of all items too. and I have to go back and redo which takes alot of time. can't wait for the auto im sorry for the inconvenience reply.
1 ★I cannot upload a draft from the computer and then publish it from this app. It won't let me. There's not even an option to do that or at least I can't find one. This app is very frustrating compared to the old one. Where I could work on it when I had time from the app I cannot anymore. *Edit* Those links don't work for me. I can't get a hold of anybody from your company so the survey thing doesn't work. I emailed the email that you have here for support and it says it's not monitored mailbox.
3 ★To be honest this app is really not functional, I can't even send images sometimes to customers which makes it very difficult for me to even communicate. It's also very difficult to navigate and do certain stuff within the app so I just recommend going to pc instead since it's very more functional there
1 ★Absolute garbage. Runs horribly and constantly stops you from doing pretty much anything you want to do. Wanna edit the listing name? it probably wont let you. Wanna upload pics of your product? It probably won't let you. This app is going to be the last straw, of Etsys garbage over the last three years, that causes me to quit selling through Etsy. Wish I could say I'd miss it, but it's going to be a relief moving to Shopify.
1 ★I've never truly hated an app until I had to use this one. One glitch after another, over and over. I have wasted SO much time fighting with it. It's just one more nail in the coffin for Etsy. I deeply regret building my business using Etsy, particularly now that I'm stuck using this garbage. Although it lacked a few features, the old app actually worked most of the time. Big delusional egos looking to make their mark are destroying this company.
1 ★It's depressing how Etsy makes changes that greatly inconvenience sellers. Why is there no longer a way to post shop updates??? Separately, I'm still seething over this new square pic nonsense. It ruined my background and I have to retake all photos with my props repositioned so words are not cut off. They made the change almost at the same time they gave a heads up about it. I am getting so bitter about selling on Etsy. You're totally at the mercy of their whims.
2 ★New update is awful. Can no longer see when orders are due from the orders list. Now we have to click on each individual order. Highly inconvenient. Everything Etsy has done in the past few years is just driving all of us toward other selling platforms. They're going to lose sellers en masse soon.
1 ★Sign in failures/froze my phone/ phone shut off instantly after opening app. Once I finally was signed in I went to my etsy acct that seems undeletable. I had for a 12 years but hardly ever used To be honest etsy was always a frustrating nightmare to navigate. I use ebay. But ebay banned bubble lights and etsy didn't .I had bought 30 strands of antique bubble lights and wanted to list. But when adding photos the same error I have got for years from etsy memory too low? A common etsy issue.
