2 ★Beware!!!! After trying to purchase tickets from StubHub. I then had to download flashseat. Well it decided to create an account for me automatically. So when i went to login or create one it said the email is already being used. Simple fix!!! Just go to there main website. Click login. And then click forgot password. It will send an email to your email create a new password. I freaked out for a bit before trying it this way. After creating one i was able to login using my email.
1 ★App commits fraud. I bought tickets to a concert online. Two options for delivery, paper for $10 express each or this app. I had them delivered in app and everything liked ok. Yesterday, my wife and I went to the show only to find our tickets are not in the app anymore. No record of them anywhere. We were told to talk to the app support to figure it out. They only have an email listed. So we're out $115, travel, babysitter costs, and a show that we bought tickets for in April. Never use this app, it will rob you.
2 ★not sure it would not let me finsh to put on another ID theres no continue or you have completed. it goes on like you are buying more after you already bought. It confusing.
1 ★Stupidest app on the planet. As if it's not bad enough that AXS makes you pay their exorbitant fees, now you don't even get paper (or even printable!) tickets. Instead you have to use this eyeball-searing monstrosity.
1 ★The fact that the ONLY way I have of accessing my ticket to get into thevenue is if I have a stable internet connection once I'm there, is honestlygiving me a little anxiety considering how much I paid. And I have 0reassurance that this will work when I get there. Please allow us aprintable option, it doesn't have to replace this barcode option, but thewhole thing just feels sketch without a printable option
1 ★Terrible ticketing application. I wish artist read these reviews as to what a horrible experience their fans have to deal with using flashseats. Livenation and Ticketmaster as 1000% better.
2 ★This app is a terribly complicated setup. An internet connection to accessyour tickets?!? At a stadium where data connections are notoriously spotty!Don't mistake my need to use for support!
1 ★I don't typically rate apps but this app is terrible. I needed to transfera ticket and it kept crashing, blanking out or freezing. It took 5-6attempts to transfer the ticket which should be an incredibly easy task.Fingers crossed it doesn't freeze at the venue.
1 ★Buying the tickets was easy but when I went to go pull them up for the actual concert about a month later I was locked out of my account on the day of the concert I contacted customer service and they didnt get back to me til November 4th my concert was the 27th of October. I won't be using this flash seats ever again I'm not risking missing a show or wasting my money. I wouldn't recommend it to any one. Just print your tickets WAYYY EASIER!

1 ★This app hurts my eyes to read. The app forces my phone on the brightest setting and will not let me overide it. It is painful to look at the screen. The black and blue backgrounds with the white lettering make it diffuclt to read. I have perfect vision, this is a problem with the app itself.

I have have lost seats that I wastrying to buy due to flashseats and AXS experiencing work, not acceptingrequired information when I enter it, etc. The fact that the ticket coderefreshes every 60 seconds is completely outrageous. I need to be able totake a screen shot and I can't be expected to always have access to theinternet at these venues up in the mountains. This is a hugely inefficientapp that needs to change
