1 ★Love the gym, but the app it's probably the worst I've ever used. It does not load, crashes all the time. Had to restart phone many times for the app to work properly and to able to book classes
1 ★Update in Dec 2020 has been diabolic. Doesn't let me join a class, unless I go on and out of it a couple of times. This feels like some sort of bug? Also, when I've booked a class, I don't love that it returns me to the top of the pages, rather than where I was. I then have to scroll down to book in for the next class I want. More a UX preference.

1 ★Latest update from i think December 2020 has been terrible. App is slower, crashes, keeps logging you out or for some reason doesn't detect you're logged in until you refresh and keeps loosing connections. I've missed sessions because it didn't show my schedule. Roll back the updates until you've got something more stable!!!
1 ★The latest update sucks, makes it unusable opening and closing it a few times to be able to book a session. It should be a simple to use app its only for booking a session. I don't understand why they don't have an app that has everything in it rather than 3-4 apps eg. challenge app, f45 life, playoffs & the training app.
2 ★It's very handy... when it works. When I open the app, most of the time fails getting available classes, I have to restart it to make it work. Also a lot of times when tapping on a class it comes as 'not available for booking', again restarting the app solves the problem.
2 ★Since the update late 2020 have been experiencing serious crashes on the android app. Please fix! I cant book stuff, have to keep restarting my device, it always says failure to book not connecting to internet. Punishing. Also the UX is not great in this new format. This standard of app is lower than that of s small start up, not a global franchise with tens of thousands of members and celebrity backers. Sort it out!
1 ★Since the update, the booking feature does not work at all on my samsung. I've never had an issue with it before. I have reinstalled app 5 times and still the same. The app works on an iphone but not android. This is a huge inconvenience
1 ★The latest update absolutely sucks! Takes about 3 attempts of opening & closing it EVERY single time, just to get the booking system up as it's so glitchy. Logs me out randomly, & removes me from classes, or waitlists I was in, only for me to show up in them again later. Others in our studio are reporting major issues too.
1 ★Shocking with the most recent upgrade. Keeps showing error every time log in to see class schedule. Doesnt show how many spaces remaining, and doesn't link to calendar anymore, I have to do this manually. Never had a problem until the upgrade.
1 ★The app is super glitchy. Takes closing and reopening numerous times to work. Also an idea for a new feature could be to be able to pair up with friends so you can see what classes they're booked into.
1 ★Terrible app, have to keep going out and back in to book a class, keeps saying 'we dont offer online booking' , classes on my app are not the same as what's on at the studio. Cant use the app with my wifi on for some reason. Please fix all these issues!
