Description

This application is for people who live low-carb life styles. If you're trying to stay in ketosis, and log your progress with your diet, Ketolog is just for you.

With Ketolog you can record:
- your fat, protein and carboyhdrate intake
- your weight
- Ketostix readings.

Ketolog can show you graphs of your progress. Currently it can show graphs for:

- Food/day
- Food/week
- Food/custom range
- Weight/week
- Weight/custom range

Food graphs show fat, protein and carbohydrate values individually.

How to install Ketolog APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Ketolog APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★At first I was annoyed that it doesn't have its own database of foods, but I figured out quickly that I can easily look them up. I have a book, plus there are many online sites. I've already looked up most of the foods I eat regularly, so it's not a huge deal to enter them the first time. After that this app remembers the foods. The charts are what's the most useful for me, so I score it based on that. Databases often vary, anyway.

5 ★This has worked perfectly for me. I love the fact that the food list is empty. I add only what I eat and don't have to search through a list that wouldn't have it anyway. Glad I found this app.

1 ★Have to put nutrients in yourself. Making it pretty pointless

1 ★I had this app on my S3 and it worked fine. On my S6 it crashes every single time I press Food. Uninstalled and downloaded again several times to no avail. Saw they had updated it this morning and it still crashed. Uninstalled and downloaded again and same thing. Uninstalled permanently. Too bad, this app is very useful when it works.

4 ★To make it 5 stars for me the app should automatically show graph results from the first recorded result, and end where there are none. And a "view all" ketostix readings page should be added. Other than that, it's a really handy app for tracking ketosis! :)

4 ★This app is stable, small, free (!), easy to use--and require *no* special permissions or 'net access. And no ads, either. Wish list: ability to export data, graph ketostix info; add multiples (4 ex, 3 eggs) at once, and a pro version so I could give the dev some money for the app! Thanks for your good work, dev.

5 ★It is all i was looking for, it just needs one more little detail for the 5 stars, it would be much appreciated if the foods I log could be saved so i dont have to type over and over, other than that, great job (: Wow now it is the best app, thank you guys!

5 ★This app has graphs that let me see when and how I am spending my carb allowance. It also tracks progress with ketostix which is great if you want to know how long you've been in keto or if something you ate the day before has kicked you out.
