1 ★Horrible unprofessional service, regular items missing from the bags to expired good being delivered, been complaining for 3 weeks now and management had yet to contact me. Disgusting service. Also deliveries are not covid compliant and the delivery drivers will send you a 100 please call me when they arrive instead of calling you. I am waiting for a Manger to call me immediately, items were either stolen or not dispatched and I was charged for it. Don't use the app of you live on a budget!!!
1 ★Its been two days now after my previous review. No one has contacted me. I've tried the online chat, I've tried emailing, I've tried calling the support number, nothing works. My first order was a disaster, the guy spilled bleach over all of my food. Everything was contaminated, the bags were torn, he delivered 7pm at night. He left this disaster of bleach mixed with food at my gate, and now I've been trying to return it for two days with no answer from them.
1 ★Lousy 1) Driver arrives 3 hours earlier than estimated which would be useful except noone was expecting him so he drove off. 2) Driver does not bother calling your cell, just drives off if you aren't there 3) System locks in a tip fpr the driver before he arrives (and you get lousy service) 4) Items ordered are not in stock and need a substitute. The app does not know in advance what is in stock until you have already paid and only then tells you. Dont waste your time with this garbage.

1 ★If there was a -5 rating then I would picked that. The most poorest services received ever... Placed an order on Sunday, confirmation received that 5x grocery bags are going to be delivered, when driver eventually stopped he gave me just 3x grocery bags and told me that the outstanding 2x will be delivered via another driver, so I have been waiting for more than 2x hours in front of my gate, no driver pitched, call support on both numbers to no avail. Tried to chat to them onto the app, useless as hell with their replying time, after 2x days of struggling, sending out emails, trying to communicate on the chats app, I eventually managed to get hold of the support line. Explained my issues, just to be told that the items I HAVE PAID FOR ALREADY are NOT IN STOCK!!! So if I have not phone them to query they would NEVER to able to resolve this issue??? First time customer, surely the last as well!!! I would not even recommend them to my dogs!!!
1 ★Firs time i used it was great. Everytime after has been an issues. The app keeps "encountering an issue" and show the close app button. Cant even get past the confirm adress screen. Disappointing

When I try register again it says this address is already on the system?? Soooo frustrating! Checkers don't deliver to where I am currently. I give up.

4 ★Edit : App has improved significantly since the early days, also now accepts smart Shopper details. Old : Missing and inaccurate items in deliveries, stay away, just cost me money. No support.
