1 ★Hi, I placed a delivery for Monday fot some nice things to get delivered to my husband as a valentines day gift as I was in hospital. When my husband received the parcel there was a brown sticky substance messed all over the parcel, all over the items inside the parcel and the brown paper bag. The parcel was place on the reception desk at my husband's work and the sticky substance even went onto the reception desk which was so embarrassing. I have complained abiut this and only 2 days after the

2 ★After Asap has been updated payment reflection doesnt show. Need to close app and go in again for payment to reflect. Pnp can all so improve app by allowing pnp smartshoper vouchers to be deducted from Asap when payment is done.
1 ★I cannot seem to login to my account. I believe I registered before because it says my number has been used. When requesting for a password change my email is "unregistered". I'm so tired going through all these delivery apps, they all have given me issues except for the Checkers sixty60 one.
