Opti-Time Mobile is the mobile version of Opti-Time Field Service, the optimization solution for planning field activities of the company GEOCONCEPT. The application allows each resource (commercial, technical, delivery) to consult on the ground, in connected and disconnected mode, the information on its agenda and to communicate in real time with the system : display appointments, input and sending of reports, mapping, consulting a contact, timestamp interventions ...Features
Agenda display, map display and location (customers, interventions, colleagues), package and material management (scans, collection, delivery, status monitoring), colleagues features (location, communications), new features for the creation of new sites (leads), planning management (optimized scheduling of interventions and re-recheduling).
Geolocation
Geolocation lets a user share his/her location in real time with his/her colleagues. Locations are sent only if geolocation has been enabled in Opti-Time. The user can disable the sending of locations at any moment by symply activating the Private mode in the app settings. Locations are not stored, the Geoconcept company only keeps the last known location. Geolocation is used at the level of Colleagues functionalities in order to find and contact a colleague around.

Access resources constantly clear and realistic schedules that ensure their respected zones. Tools at their disposal (diaries, contacts, navigation aid ...) allow them to better prepare their movements and be more effective on the ground.
