5 ★Old SERE manual. But that doesn't really matter. How to survive hasen'tchanged in millennia. Great manual. And the fact that it's in PDF format isa plus, cus in a survival situation you more than likely won't haveinternet.
3 ★Most of the guide was okay but they missed some of the most common poisinus plants such as poisin ivy, poisin oak, and position sumac. It also missed some poisinus fish such as the lion fish and hundreds of people die each year because they eat lion fish. Then they say shelter comes be for food yet you can survive without food for up to 3 weeks so shelter in an are a near a fresh water source and a source of food such as a Creek or a feeld with animal activity
