4 ★Excellent app to look for great value dining deals and checking out new dining venues! Also, come in handy when organising a small social meal gathering. Keep it up!
2 ★Discount was ok, not hard to use. Had recommended many friends using it, and redeemed coupons from the app in early August. Coupon code were sent to me through email. I deliberately looked for an expiry date of the coupon, but not mentioned at all in the email. When I use it later in Sept, coupons were expired. Have contacted the suport team for help, they showed in a tiny line of term and condition from the app. It's ridiculous not to mention any expiry date in the email with the coupon code, but expecting me to look for it in the term and condition that I have no idea where I can find it. I will never recommend friends using this app again.
4 ★Good experience with the app, some suggestions: - I want to go somewhere today, regardless of location, so will be nice to have a "list all the restaurants, given this time, number of people" function. - Given the search results, sort it based on amt of discount (50% first, then 40% etc). - When I specify the time I want to reserve a place (say 7 pm), I would like to see the amount of discount at 7 pm first, not discounts for other timings, not those restaurants that are not available at 7 pm.
1 ★I had a terrible experience with eatigo last evening. I had booked my reservation a day prior to my dine out night and had also received a confirmation email from eatigo for the same. But when I reached the restaurant, I was shocked to know that the restaurant had no clue whatsoever of my reservation leave alone any discount. When I tried calling eatigo customer support, no one picked up the call. I tried again and again but to no avail. Bcoz of your careless service I had to face embaressment.
1 ★After entering my personal details & phone number, I clicked on Next, which asked me to verify my phone number. However, I couldn't go past the OTP page! First error message said "This number had already been used." I tried to key in the OTP again, it said "Your number has been verified." I clicked on "Got it" and it brought me back to the OTP page!! It happened several times, like playing catch the mouse. Not using this app ever!
1 ★the app shows a fake discount on the front page when you're scrolling through the list of restaurants, however, it shows a different (a less attractive one of course) discount when you actually click on it the worst part is that their voucher never came and it happened twice! first time it didn't come I said ok nevermind. the second time I called to request a pick up in person at their office, however they said that can't be done and can only be mailed to me. and of course no recorded mail option either, and with no surprise I did not receive my voucher after completing the said number of reservation with their app
1 ★WARNING: DO NOT USE EATIGO EXPRESS. I purchased a voucher from Eatigo Express for use on the same day but when I then tried to use the voucher at the vendor's outlet, I received an error message saying that it had "expired". After contacting support, I was told the next day that I would have to use the voucher within the next few days. This was even though I told them that I would not be visiting the vendor's outlet anytime soon. Requests for a refund of the amount I paid was ignored. In short, buggy system and poor customer recovery. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Would give zero stars if possible)
1 ★I have an account but cannot log in. I reset my password last night and still have not received a reset email. I made a reservation as a guest as well and still have not received the confirmation email, but trying to make the reservation again says there's already a reservation for that time. Can't call their help line either. Maybe it's not the app but something is broken with eatigo service.
2 ★Concept is great, old app was perfect, i was a frequent fan and user. But we are taking a step back with the new app. Its slow, does not display reservations history in the app, some discounts are not applied in pricing, extra step in confirming timing and paxs and why do we need a security token for a restaurant reservation, might be functions slowing this app down?
3 ★As a fellow creative in UX, the most recent revamp of the app is... Unnecessary. - the 'jumping' tab bar menu adds no value to the user. It is not even an "enjoyment" factor. It confuses muscle memory of the thumb and causes hectic reachability issues - the fixed unscrollable section of each restaurant takes up so much screen real estate, it becomes a nightmare to browse the menu and details. Whoever is in the UX team for eatigo, a word of advice: "if it's not broken, don't fix it". 3 stars
2 ★My first experience was all good. The second is bad. I am afraid I can no longer have another one. I made a reservation in a certain buffet restaurant with a promo code to get more discount and I attended on time. I was so upset when I get there since the restaurant did not honor the reservation that I made with eatigo since it was weekend. They only honor during weekdays, that's what the attendant said. This is misleading! I wasted my time, my effort, and my promo code for this.
1 ★They do not always coordinate the time slots and closing times with the restaurants in their app. I have gone to a buffet restaurant in Eatigo app that closed 15 mins after I was supposed to start having the buffet. I ended up paying so much just to only be able to eat an appetizer. Also, negative reviews on restaurants are filtered out of their app. Hence, app users are only seeing positive reviews, leading them to believe that all dining experiences are good. Beware.
