2 ★Worst of the video apps 1. doesn't rotate both ways without your rotate lock off. 2. Downloads are for arbitrarily short lengths. 3. Downloads are available only for a short time once you've hit play. 4. Downloads become unavailable to play EVEN BEFORE the short period is over! Started Tenent at 1pm yesterday, already unavailable to play today at 3pm. What the hell crave?
2 ★Free Trial. Watching on my TV through Roku. Not impressed. The only app where your experience is distroyed by interruptions. Can only watch 4 about 90 minutes before messages to ,"check my connection" appear. So strange, when all devices around me r connected 2 the same network, & r not having problems. The app on Android tablet, has constant buffering problems. Most likely will not subscribe after free trial ends, because of this. Surprised. Thought Bell Media could handle streaming properly.
1 ★Was given Crave as a "promotion" from Bell after purchasing a new smart phone. Was very impressed by the titles offered, better than Netflix currently. However, after getting addicted to a series, the episodes started pinwheeling/buffering every minute or so making the show unwatchable. Sought out fixes from the app and nothing worked. Finally decided to download the series (10 episodes at a time)which worked perfectly but obviously not ideal the last 10 episodes downloaded in French only. Yikes
1 ★This app is garbage. I've never seen so many bad reviews. I've got a Samsung galaxy tab E and I get a blue flash on half the screen all the time, it stutters, shows take forever to download if at all and the blue circle sometimes never goes away. I've gone through FAQ and done all the trouble shooting. Time to cancel.
1 ★Stopped working for no apparent reason on Pixel 3a which is only a year old. Was completely fine for a year and I have no understanding of why it just began showing a black screen no matter how many times I reinstall or clear the app data. Since I almost exclusively use it with Chromecast I am basically unable to use the service anymore. Really ridiculous.

1 ★This app is undoubtedly the WORST streaming app of all time. Has an infinite number of bugs, awful UI, and constant buffering issues Update: 5-6 months after, the UI changed slightly yet the app is still as terrible as ever. The app literally completely crashes if you even try to press the closed captions button. This is without a doubt one of the worst engineered apps in modern history

Notifications for 'download to go' when I've not downloaded anything or watched anything for longer than a few minutes and it won't find any of the available devices it should be able to stream to. The website isn't much better, it doesn't support chrome video player casting and appears to be limited to HD and less resolutions? The content is great, but unless the app (and website) improve I'll not be extending my subscription.
1 ★Absolute garbage app. For 20 dollars a month they should have worked out basic bugs such as: App constantly signs you out Prompting you to change your network settings when you are just trying to stream on wifi Putting your continue watching so far down the home page if you are on anything less that the fastest broadband you sometimes don't even see it App gets stuck in a loop when you do sign in, resulting in the need to uninstall and reinstall Basically unsub once you watch the show you want
1 ★Your content is actually great movies released times pretty par with the rest of the globe. But every time I log in I need to log in every time via confirmation for my cell phone. You're a free app for my service provider should not have to deal with these inconveniences. Without should I give you a negative 10 but I am not allowed to post it the scale doesn't go that low. -10. You're way time Via line line is atrociously long. I don't know if anybody near department reads any of this but..
1 ★Works on Phone and to cast, but AndroidTV version of App sound is completely distorted and not usable. If you cast from phone sound is ok, but if you use the app on SmartTV doesn't work. Only app on TV that does this others are all fine so issue is with App.
1 ★Signed up a year ago, given an option to auto renew, I did not take this option. 1 year later my subscription was renewed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ON A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD!(Signed up with MC now use amex) Tried calling customer support to resolve the issue all they told me was sorry but you are automatically renewed and you cant get your money back. Why give the option then??? Bell and all their associated companies are flagrant thieves. Oh and the streaming service is absolute garbage as well.
