2 ★Will not let me sign in. Keeps closing
5 ★I was happy with how the app was working but all of a sudden it just stopped. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Can't schedule service and tells me it can't find my info. I've been using it for a bit more that a year. *Update After last update everything seems to be working fine now. I'm able to access my info, set appointments and look up my Jeep's info without problems.
1 ★This app would be great. However, I've had my 2016 Jeep Compass High Altitude since September and they still don't have me as the listed owner. They actually have me as a non owner. Despite my efforts in calling customer service and providing the documents/proof they've requested every time nothing has change. This app is a waste of time. It needs to be critically updated and so does there systems and customer service.
2 ★This app has potential but, that's where the positives end. There is a section that allows you to input maintenance records but, after you input the data, the mileage is not stored. It shows that the maintenance was completed but, it shows the mileage as "0". I'm dumping it for another app.
1 ★log in is cumbersome, app once carried owners manual, now for manuals it just has how to buy another manual and how to connect bluetooth, maintenance schedule does not work, no customer feedback option just a q&a that you can do it, no contact us button, just a q&a to use the contact us button, service history is incorrect. This was once a good app, now it is close to useless.
1 ★Just, don't. Don't install this app. At one point I was able to register and login (Why, FCA? Why? Why do you require a login to an app once you've already set-up an account and logged-in to your phone? Worse, the similarly devoid-of-quality BoH app requires a VIN on every login. Because your life doesn't suck enough, I guess.) and use the app but now it crashes when I press the login button. Maybe the app is acknowledging the utter stupidity of the process and is self-terminating out of sympathy. Anyway, can't rate the app beyond it's ability to successfully prevent your login. Otherwise, it works great at taking-up memory on your device, so, yeah, one star.
2 ★Signed up for this first of august when i purchased my Gladiator. Has worked well up until this past week. Doesnt recognize my sign in information (has been saved to my phone since i signed up). Appears there may have been an update, however now i am completely locked out of the app. Says it cannot forward my log in information. How is this customer service? Why is there no way to contact FCA through the app to complain? FCA or Jeepcares, this needs to be addressed and corrected w/o delay.
1 ★Completely useless for trying to schedule service. In order to schedule service, you have to first specify your preferred service dealer. Problem is, when I try to search for a dealer in my town, it says that there AREN'T ANY, even though I was standing in the dealership lobby at the time. If I can't specify a service center, then the app is completely useless.
1 ★**update:** This app just updated with "bug fixes," yet crashes upon login... again. *previous review:* I can't use the app to schedule service because there's no nearby dealerships listed when there are quite a few nearby. I can't even access the manual for my Jeep, which is supposed to be a feature. This app is literally useless in its current state
2 ★this mobile application only gives the ability to update mileage. The application does not work for accessing the maintenance schedule or updating maintenance records. Support for the app is poor. All they do is keep asking more and more questions that cannot be answered but don't fix the problems.
1 ★Useless app. Shows my 2018 Grand Cherokee and that's about it. Search for dealership comes up blank so can't schedule/track service, etc. It does provide a link to buy my owners manual for $48. Yeah, the one you can download all day long for free. What is supposed to be the purpose of this app again? Even the Uconnect download links list nothing newer than 2017?
1 ★Useless app on Android, this app is terrible. It fails to log your account in. Its not an issue with my account, I can sign into the webpage for Mopar successfully. It works correctly on iOS, on my iPad. But is completely useless on my Android phone. I have to give it 1 star to post this review, but it deserves Zero stars until the developers fix this.
