3 ★App is buggy. This app does not work. It used to. But after the most recent update it won't even sign me in. It just crashes and won't load. Update: I deleted and reinstalled. Now it works. Nice companion to u-connect. Would be nice if updates don't break it. Update: I wanted to change the picture of my truck. After deleting current picture, I am now unable to load any picture. Even after deleting and reinstalling app and giving it permissions.
1 ★App just shuts down when you click to sign in, has been doing this for at least 3 months!
3 ★Useful tool to have. Tracks upcoming maintenance and you can log your maintenance/repairs to keep solid records. The owners manual isn't great, the button takes you to a pdf that's not searchable in the app, so you have to swipe through each page till you find what you need; making the owners manual searchable, in the app, would make a big difference.
1 ★App doesn't work. Can't even register to use it. No email being sent when I register my email. I assume it is to verify the email and set a password. Can't do that if no email comes. I checked spam and bulk mail folders. Nothing. Why even waste your time developing an app if people can't even use it? The uconnect app isn't working either. That's why I tried this one. Het your act together on this!
1 ★I have a 2020 Ram 1500. As recommended in the user manual, I installed this App. Even though the App description spells out that it's for model years through 2019, it worked briefly for my 2020. However, since September all it does is crash. I don't know if it is an Android phone issue or whether it is poor development. Whatever the reason, the App developer should have resolved the issue since it has been broken long before I installed it on my phone.
3 ★the idea is great. but it keeps glitching. kicks me out 4 out of 5 times i log in. always says, "app has stopped, close or send feedback". constantly. what gives? lol. otherwise, i believe your on to something here. i recieved 2 recalls on my 2019 RAM on this app a full 10 days before i recieved it in the mail. it has to do with adjustable footpedals rendering the brake useless. pretty important recall. those 10 days could save a life. well done. please fix this app so it works better.
4 ★So far really enjoy this app for my 2018 Ram 1500. Update 10-18-19. App won't open, repeatedly crashing on my Pixel running Android 10. Needs updating Update 12-22-19: I'm still unable to sign into the app. I keep getting the same error it says "There was an error sending your data. Please try again". Well I have tried six times and still getting the same
1 ★The App worked great for about a week. Then it wouldn't open. Uninstall/reinstall.....now it doesn't like my login credentials. Attempted to reset password, get the notification that a reset password has been sent to my email but it never comes. When I try to re-register, says "something went wrong".......Please fix.
2 ★Until recently this app was pretty amazing. So useful in keeping track of all my service records. for the past couple of months it hasn't been allowing me to add the service that I perform personally. The only records that are showing up properly are dealership entries.
1 ★This app is absolute garbage!!! If it was possibe to give it 0 stars I would. It won't even let me register or log in. Keeps saying there is an error. Try again. I've had an online account for about 6 months and decided i wanted to get the app. Well if you can't even sign in what good is this app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THIS THING TO WORK!!! GARBAGE
2 ★Not able to check maintenance schedule for months now. Not good for checking up on your vehicle, and keeping things running, is it??? Update: App has gone from some things not functioning, to it itself not functioning upon opening. 6 months of problems getting worse, and worse. My suggestion: FIRE your apps team lead, get someone in there who can fix this. This is unacceptable in today's economy of connected vehicles.
1 ★Password reset doesn't work (I never get the email) and I can't register because of a vague error. Edit: I *did* finally get the password reset, the day after I submitted the request, and by then the password reset link had expired and I had uninstalled the app. Get it together! Password reset emails should take minutes to be sent at the most, not hours.
