1 ★I don't know why I gave a star for this app because it isn't what it is said to be. Complained yesterday about how it is syncing with DTV account, their FAQ suggests that all channels subscribed by us on TV account should work without subscription on the app, it ain't happening,
1 ★Not functioning at all. Error: we couldnt process your request. But you were able to process my charge though? Your service is worse by the day..!!
1 ★App keeps crashing when trying to play it resume video. Only Sinhala and Tamil content and that too is very limited. Hoped that there was English content. It says data free for low resolution but it needs data to view and select catalog as well as resuming previously paused movie. All this needs a paid subscription now 😔
1 ★If I could give a rating of zero or below I would give it.This app is disgusting and shows that Dialog services are inconsistent and always gets interrupted.Beware if you are going to use this app.They will charge you for the package initially and then the service will not work (wont live stream for most of the users).They will cheat on customers and rob the people there hard earned money.Then when you call customer care from 3rd call they will charge you.SO MY ADVISE IS DONT USE DIALOG ANYMORE.
1 ★Stupid app. Trying to play an episode and it tells me to buy a "pack"? What pack? I see no option to buy anything whatsoever. Edit: I'm starting to feel that people working at Dialog are incapable of coherent thoughts but I'll ask nicely. How do I know what's premium and not?
