2 ★Well I tried it a few months ago and I had a major problem with it savingthe houses. Had to go back and revisit the neighborhoods. It seems to beworking better now but I cannot find any way to export this data. I presson the envelope when I'm in a list and nothing happens. I saw a video withoptions on the bottom of the screen but there is nothing on the bottom ofthe screen when I'm either in the list View or the main view. Judging bythe previous responses looks like I'm going to be told it's operator error.But when there's only a couple buttons to choose from I highly doubt that.
5 ★App is fantastic compared to the old-school approach. You get unlimited property data for a very fair price. The creators have mentioned that you should be saving frequently, so... save frequently. The quality of the data pulled is pretty impressive and can easily be exported to a spreadsheet and dumped into whatever marketing medium you choose. Overall, the app does what it claims to do very well and is a massive improvement over other approaches to D4D.
2 ★The app keeps shutting down and will not stay up long enough to even searchthe property information. When I try to add a favorite so I can at leasttry to keep a previous property it says error. It won't do anything.
1 ★I now have to modify my review... After months of using the App it hascaused me many hours of waisted time, gasoline and wear and tear on my car.It has 1 MAJOR FLAW. IT FREQUENTLY LOOSES THE SAVED PROPERTIES AFTER HOURSOF WORK LOCATING THEM. until this is fixed, DON'T USE THIS App. ** Previousreview follows** There are improvements to make, but overall it is the onlyApp like it that I have found. I can drive and mark 20 to 30 properties inan hour and by the time I get back to my office I have a spreadsheet withall the details I need to start direct marketing that day. Prior to this Ihad lists written down that sometimes would take me weeks to get around tolooking up the owner / property information. I really hope this App getsdeveloped further.
5 ★This app works good. In my opinion the app is 95% accurate, Just need to double check owners name and mailing address. But I'll take, the time saved by not inputting the information in property appraisal site and staying organized is pricelist.
5 ★App didn't work at first everything said N/A except for owners name but after recent update works great and really fast results and so far everything as far as phone numbers and mortgage have been correct

1 ★Installed the app and even reset my phone after the install for proper installation. I kept trying to create the same list over and over and it would not save the just the name of the list. Them after typing in the list name i entered the zip and then a few addresses. None were able to pull any info on any home. I have a LG6 running the latest Android softwear. The app for me is a flopp.
