This app is the initiative of O/o CCA Bihar Circle, Dept. of Telecommunications, to reach out to DoT/BSNL Pensioners, GPF beneficiaries, and all other stakeholders including TSPs/ISPs/USPs of Bihar Telecom circle.You can easily lodge your grievance or query and with the tracking ID generated track it. Mentioning mobile number and correct PPO number will help us serve you better.
You may also upload your letters by sending the image on the app.
Even if you forget your tracking ID, you can get your tracking ID from our forgot my tracking ID feature or calling our toll free number 18003456183.
Even the grievances received in hardcopy will be uploaded on the the app and you will be intimated your tracking ID.
