1 ★I've used this app for years to communicate with a dear friend who is deaf. Up until this last update, I've absolutely loved the app, but now it's far, far worse than before. The new ads are so intrusive, blocking nearly half the display area, I'm actively looking for a replacement app. Very disappointing, as this has been easily my favorite application up until now.
2 ★Potentially very good but lacking for a few reasons. Firstly I can't stand the ?dialogue, advert at the bottom. Where is the paid version? There should be a button to flip the text so you can talk to somebody sitting opposite to you. Thirdly there should be an option to save some of the messages because often you are speaking to old people and you need to repeat the same question. I like the simplicity of the big record button, also there is no way to correct mistakes.
2 ★This app was fantastic up until the most recent update. Made it much easier to communicate with my mother, who is deaf. I would rave about it to my mother's carers. The app is not as good as it was before the update. The punctuation pop-up is quite annoying. This app could definitely do with some additional features.

2 ★This was an awesome app until the upgrade. The only punctuation choice I have is a question mark...I prefer not having to choose a punctuation. Sometimes I have to communicate quickly to my deaf dad and its a hindrance to select the one punctuation that didplays..the question mark. Then he is confused on the ? Mark. The only way the text displays until I have to tap my screen for the ? Mark. Please put the APP back to the previous version. Like I said this was an awesome app and had helped.

5 ★I had a stroke 4 years ago. It left me deaf and with aphasia. This app has been a great help to me. It has made talking to my family possible. This app is how I talk to everyone! It has been a great blessing to me!
3 ★I initially thought this was worth paying for. After the update, the full screen ads, and the inability to turn off the punctuation screen, I deleted 2 stars. Shame. Was a good app.
1 ★Uninstalled after recent update. Get FULL SCREEN ADS since update. Now useless. Look for the other, better apps.
4 ★I wish Talk to Deaf Grandmother would use capitals at the beginning of each and every sentence and periods or question marks at the ends of each sentence; this is ver important, noting the inflection of voices.
