3 ★Rugbypass is great as it allows me to watch matches when I'm away in asia on business, but the app keeps logging me out whilst watching matches. Really annoying. Every update i hope this will be resolved, but alas NO! :(
1 ★Disappointed. I installed and signed up to this app/service to stream rugby, just to find out I am in a "black out" zone and the service is not available in my area... Next time please just mention the areas where you cover BEFORE taking the people's money!
1 ★Got the app to watch the Heineken Cup as I live in Australia. RugbyPass are advertising that this is a region in which we can watch HC games (even sending out emails to advertise this). But every HC game has 'Video not available in your area'. I want a refund.
1 ★Shambles of an app! Doesn't allow me to Chromecast. No option available. The boffins at rugby pass support have told me to uninstall and reinstall, and obviously it doesn't work. Won't be renewing this scam next year.

Yes I now know you don't have broadcasting rights, maybe you should make it a little clearer before fans actually fall for this useless service. How do I cancel??? Nobody seems to answer me.
