What do you need to get started with the Dave & Buster's Charging Station App?
Just your Dave & Buster's Power Card. Simply register the card in the Dave & Buster’s Charging Station App. (If your Power Card does not have a 4-digit PIN on the back, you will need to visit your local D&B to get a new card.) If you want to re-charge the Power Card, just enter your credit card information and select a recharge amount. You are ready to hit the games!

5 ★Great app, I get the $20/200 credits deal every time it appears. its also nice to be able to check ticket status for prizes, and learn about new events. Than you!
4 ★The app doesn't really do much, besides reload power cards & track balances. But Ive never had any trouble doing that, which keeps me from standing in line, so I like it.
1 ★Please fix this app. The offers in app don't work, you just get the chips worth the dollar amount you paid, no bonus is added. Plus, every time you pay (or even add your credit card and D&B) you get error messages (and the app sometimes freezes and closes) but it still goes through. I will only be using it in the future to check my balance.
5 ★great app, just wish I could transfer my cards from one location to another without having to bother the people at the kiosk or bar. I travel between two different locations often and it's just a bit inconvenient. other than that the app is amazing!
3 ★Decent app, but never sends me notifications when I have offers available. Yes, all my notification settings are turned on on both the app and my phone. Great to check on your Power Card credit and tickets.
5 ★wonderful app, once when i was having issues (user error) called up and they stayed on the line until finding out it was a much larger issue, then emailed me what we talked about and when it would be fixed. also, great freebies!
2 ★Purchases go through with error messages and no confirmation that your card was actually charged. Getting my debit card added to my account was a huge hassle. I have never been able to sign in with my password, error messages every single time. Can't transfer anything from one card to another. Stopped getting emails and offers since signing up. Overall awful experience.
1 ★if i could give this app a negative 100 stars, i would. not only does it not refelct whats on my card, but i just found out that, after saving over 15k tickets, i have 0. i even had a few hundred chips that i hadnt used on it. I dont know what happened, but i feel ripped off.
5 ★very fluid app and love my rewards , awesome app just need to sign up with this app even if you already signed up on the Dave and Buster's website... this is a whole different system but kinda is the same except getting you coupons for your rewards
2 ★doesnt let u register more than 1 card. i bring my family. i oay for it. i should be able ti get credit for all the money i spend at your establishment. i cant buy 1 card & split it between 4 people
4 ★Very awesome, execpt I didnt like that you had to pay for the attraction separately. I also very much wanted to use the huge claw machine and it was broke down.
4 ★Cool enough; however I do anticipate that one day we will be able to merge cards on line instead of in-store only. Maybe even within the app. That would make our satisfaction complete I believe...
