2 ★Excellent idea, though execution falls short. Tried to get my first ride today and received 'no seats available' message. Some tips on how / when to book a ride would be helpful.

4 ★I recently had endless problems with this App but as it is an extremely useful service, I perseveredwith their IT Dept who were wonderful and all is up and running again.

3 ★Great idea but not working so well. I have tried to make a booking numerous times but every time it tells me "there are no seats available at this time, please book again". It would be more than useful if the app proposed a time near the time requested that was available! Despite trying, couldn't find any available seats.

1 ★This service was great when it first came out however now it's just asunreliable as the buses it's meant to replace. Drivers call to tell youthey're a minute away and then cancel on you! You never arrive on time todestination if there are multiple pickups as they're never on route orclose to each other. It's alright to use during off-peak times, would bebetter if the night hours were extended and if it operated on weekends.

2 ★App is buggy. Hangs when trying to book. Hangs when logging in. Does show bus location,

1 ★App keeps stopping, when trying to set up account. Useless, have uninstalled. Won't be using this service.

4 ★It's a good service but unfortunately not a good app. The interface doesn't give enough information - not really sure that this can complete against Uber. No GPS tracking, no way of telling where the car is at the moment. The progress of my driver was stuck on "arriving in 1 minute" for about 8 minutes so I wasn't sure what to do. Nice driver though!
