Features of the Sure Petcare app
• View all of your Sure Petcare connected products in one place, to get a clearer overall picture of your pet’s day-to-day activity, behaviour, feeding and drinking.
• View your pet’s dashboard for a snapshot of their day: how much time have they spent outside? When did they last eat? How much did they drink? and much more.
• Monitor your pet’s activity and behaviour patterns over time. Understanding your pet’s ‘usual’ routines makes it easier to spot anomalies which may indicate changes in health and wellbeing.
• Receive notifications of events such as when your pet eats, drinks and enters/exits via the pet door.
• Invite friends, family and pet sitters to share access to your household via their own app account - no more sharing passwords. Manage their permissions to grant them the appropriate level of access.

SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect & Microchip Pet Door Connect
• Remotely lock or unlock the door anytime, from anywhere.
• Set a curfew routine to keep pets in at specified times during the day (one curfew per day for the Microchip Pet Door Connect or up to four curfews per day for the Microchip Cat Flap Connect).
• Know when your pet leaves or enters your home.
• Monitor your pet’s day-to-day comings and goings. Understanding your pet’s ‘usual’ routine can help you to spot changes which may indicate changes in your pet’s health and wellbeing.

5 ★Good app but I cannot save a picture for my pets!!! :( Last night the app randomly generated a new pet profile on my account as well? Kind of freaked me out a bit? Haha...
5 ★Great for when we're away on holiday and can see the cats are coming and going as normal. Would love to be able to ask Google Assistant if the cats are in or out when I go to bed.
1 ★Did have 3 seperate times when a pet was set as indoors and they have been let out!!other than that all was fine but stopped opening. Uninstalled and installed and now won't even open.
1 ★This is the most un user friendly app I've ever installed. Added it a new phone and I'm unable to connect to my old setup. Despite other people in the family still being able to connect.
1 ★Still has timezone issues. Changed the timezone from UTC to UTC+1 when the clocks went forward and the app also changed the curfew times by an hour - why. Also the app randomly changes the notification sound to google default while still reporting app supplied sound.
3 ★Had to resort to the webpage. When trying to edit and save a pet's details, the save button does not respond so the only way to update the details is via the website. Typical shoddy QA
1 ★Unable to set different curfews for each pet or keep specific pet out. This was a driver for me to upgrade as one of my cats is a "mouser" and the other is not.
2 ★Every time there's an update the app resets every setting to default and I get the help/guide messages like it's the first time I've used it.
