1 ★Never been able to log in due to 'technical issues'. This has happened for over 2 years so I can't see how it's actually a technical issue.
1 ★Absolute Rubbish App Loads of broken links,if you want to search for deals or shop for items and upgrades you'll be wasting your time....left feedback numerous times and its never improved
2 ★The ability to transfer data to different numbers on your account all at the same time would be helpful and save time. At the moment you can only do 1 at a time and it is time consuming.
1 ★Can be painfully slow to load but bigger nuisance is that when you have multiple phone numbers checking the data left on them, shows the same amount of data for all numbers
1 ★Says App bugs sorted, NO THEY HAVEN'T told "can't install App try again " 5 attempts still can't use App. WHY DO COMPANIES "UP GRADE" AND ALL THAT THEY DO IS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE.
1 ★What's the point of the app if its "currently being improved". Its linked to the ee website and doesn't work independently of it. So it's not really an app? Absolute rubbish from a multimillion pound company.
1 ★I have had nothing but problem with this app for months now. I can't access anything on it. Getting the same error message all the time.
1 ★You can't update credit card details or add other EE numbers to your account as you are directed to the web browser version of the site to do it. Hopeless app with limited usability.
1 ★For the "UK's no.1 network" this app is terrible. Difficult to navigate, the chat feature doesn't work, and every time I've tried to upgrade my phone over the last month all I get is "sorry, we couldn't find that page". HOW CAN YOU NOT FIND YOUR OWN WEB PAGE?!?! Please employ some better coders.
2 ★Very unsatisfactory. Not well explained by EE with my new phone especially as I am in my late seventies. Phone still not functioning properly so could probably miss Wimbledon as Apps are for the Tennis and NHS not working!
2 ★Forgot password so reset it but won't let me sign in or tells it doesn't recognise it fed up resetting for the fourth time but now it's sorry can't access page all this just to see when I upgrade might be time to try a new mobile provider.
5 ★I like ee they could do with a lot.of improvement with WiFi and the phones are.really annoying as when you get used.to.one up.date.its tome for another.and personally I don't think it's necessary to keep up dating all the time
