1 ★Absolutely rubbish. Unable to log on to router. Errors when attempting to scan QR code. Just rubbish. Bit like the router that they have given me. Try elsewhere for your Broadband needs

5 ★Very good app I can see what's happening or what's not working

1 ★Couldn't even get to sign in. Put in my password there an error. Used the qr scanner didn't recognise it or comes up with an error. Click on see help that does nothing and takes you back to network connection. It's just easier to do it on the PC

1 ★Supposed to be an alternative to their nonexistent customer support but simply does not work. QR reader broken, speed test faulty, a truly abysmal effort I'm off to another ISP as soon as I can.

1 ★Absolutely hopeless: line speed test fails on every occasion, whether scanning the QR code or the bar code. Even entering the serial number of the router manually gets the same (non) result.

1 ★The speed test worked and...that's about it. Otherwise won't connect to the router to manage the WiFi. Doesn't recognise the QR code, nor the manual setup. Rubbish.

1 ★Not helpful at all Having trouble with a WiFi disc try to open the app but it loops in telling me to setup the router again but fails when trying to connect. Doesn't work on any device I try it on.

1 ★Useless. Tells me the router's not connected to the internet even though it is. The flow between screens is awful too. It creates multiple repeating pages that you have to cycle back through with the back button.
