1 ★Since my last electricity meter top up on 25th February 2025, I have been unable to top up my meter via the UW App or Website. WHY??? I do not like having to visit a shop to top up my meter! I prefer doing this online or via your app, but I get an Error message since my last payment at the end of Jan 25. IT IS TAKING AGES FOR UW TO REPLY AND SORT THE PROBLEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

3 ★cannot remove old cards or add new ones. so have to contact by phone which is not ideal.

1 ★The app says I have a bill from September, which I paid over the phone using my bank card still the same and still not able to see balance for pay and go customers

5 ★The app is so easy to use. Everything all in one place. I can easily access my bills, all my services are there and on the occasions I need to submit readings I can do it easily from the app. I can keep track of what I've spent on my Cashback Card and see my cashback every time I spend. It is easy to top it up too. Love it!

2 ★I just moved houses and was looking for a good suplier after searching I thought UW was good so I called them up and the guy never told me that I have to pay £400 deposit which I can't afford, even after I got smart meter they never said when I swtich to monthly I have to pay £400 deposit. They did give me some credit on my electricty £75 worth lasted a week I thought it was the cheapest but £75 a week thats outrages. Only 2 people living in the house and mostly we just use lights and tv. So No.

3 ★Needs to be able to show balance within the app, instead of relying on the smart meter

1 ★The app is useless for issues with payments. No transparency, no information you can use with the retailer, nothing. I had two waste my personal time with numerous calls to understand why I couldn't use my card in certain situations or why there was a transaction on my card. It shouldn't be this complicated to get things sorted. I refuse to use this app any further, the savings don't make up for the wasted time and energy.
