2 ★Poor UI experience and I'm frequently logged out, as other users have mentioned in their reviews. They have a "Suggest an Enhancement" email link in the settings, but the email bounces. Would be pretty funny if it didn't suck so much.
2 ★Ok for reading a few articles but buggy. It keeps logging me out of my subscription and when I click on an article asks me for login info. and then when I type in my username and password it clears them and asks me for the login info again. Only way to get past the login page is to cancel, go to my user profile menu and log in from there. But a few days later, same thing happens again.
2 ★"Saved" articles usually require a data connection to access, so what's the point of having a "save" function? Likewise, the app often requires me to go through the step of logging in to read articles, despite my login information being saved in the app; it should be seamless....
1 ★Let me save you some time, customer service is beyond useless. Whether it is app problems, physical prints not arriving for over a month, address change glitches on their site, etc. Support not only doesn't care one iota, they will respond using words and sentences that are stupifying, on the rare occasions that they do respond, if their initial reply doesn't solve a problem well too bad, you are now on your own. I remember when Dow Jones had friendly responsive, thoughtful customer support.
2 ★Watchlist on Android app will become inaccessible once number of items cross 70. This is terrible and awful user experience especially for the app which charges monthly subscription fee. It works on browser on laptop but app watchlist sucks.
2 ★Constant repeated articles intentionally disguised as new. Change the title and re-release. Don't bother changing the title - just say it was released 2 minutes ago even though it was actually released the first time many hours ago.
1 ★This app on android has serious issues. Keeps logging me out and then does not let me log back in. The login options freeze and do not work. Please fix this issue! As a paid subscriber I need access to information when needed. Instead of deleting and then reinstalling the app. Ridiculous!
1 ★It says that you can cancel at any time through Google Play, you can't, it doesn't even show up under my subscriptions. It says that you will be charged $14.99 per month, they're charging my credit card $19.99 per month. I can't even contact Barron's or WSJ to cancel this, it's a wild goose chase with this company. I will actually have to dispute the charges with my credit card company in order to cancel.
1 ★I dont usually leave reviews but this has annoyed me.too much. Why do I have to be asked to re login on a daily basis. Please take a page from your sister company, the WSJ and save people's logins so they don't have to login over and over again. I know your IT dept can do this. It isnt very hard. Please put this at the top of your queue. Update 3/18/23 It seems you've fixed the login issue but the app has gotten worse for the main activity of reading articles.
3 ★Reinstall fixed my login issue. After a couple weeks I Couldn't get past subscriber login to read articles, login kept popping up after signing in. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it seems to fix the issue for now...

But when I try to share using the share article with share button it does not allow since switching phones (am currently using Google pixel 3) It give me 3 options for sharing: Yelp Instagram Bluetooth ... If there was at least copy to clipboard I wouldn't care, but I used to be able to choose on my previous android
1 ★Repeatedly have to login, sometimes it works. Main reason for a one star review is for not having an online option to cancel membership. Only way is to call and go thru someone who pressures you to continue your membership. Shouldn't be the case this day in age.
