本アプリは、体の若さを保ちならがら健康的なダイエットをサポートするアプリです。
毎日のダイエット記録をつけていくことで、独自の判定方法によって算出される「体年齢」が表示されます。「体年齢」を意識し、基礎代謝を高めるための運動を行いながらダイエットすることで健康的な身体作りができます。
◆「体年齢」を若くするためのポイント◆
単に体重のみを落とし、体脂肪率に変化がないと「体年齢」が上がってしまう場合もあります。
「体年齢」を若くするためには「基礎代謝」を高めることです。「基礎代謝」を高めるためには、継続して軽い運動を行い筋肉量を維持・増進するように心がけましょう。「基礎代謝」高めつつ、体脂肪率を落して行くことで理想の体に近づき、「体年齢」も若くなっていきます。
◆利用上の注意◆
「体年齢」は統計データをもとに、弊社が独自の判定方法によって算出しています。本アプリにおいて表示される「体年齢」はあくまで健康の「目安」として認識し、ご活用ください。
「体年齢」は測定時間や水分の補給時間によって変化しやすい数値になります。「体年齢」が実年齢を上回った等で過度に数値を意識し、急に激しい運動に取り組むことは体を壊しかねませんので、くれぐれもご注意ください。
本アプリの利用およびダイエットの実施は、いずれも自己責任で行うものとします。本アプリを利用したダイエットにおいてトラブルが発生した場合でも、株式会社C2ではその賠償の責任を一切負わないものとします。
過度なダイエットは控えていただいた上で、ダイエット中に体の異変を感じたときは、直ちに医師にご相談ください。
◆月額課金方法◆
月額課金をしていただきますと、便利機能が開放されます。
課金方法はGoogle Playから『ポケットメディカアプリ』をダウンロードしていただき、アプリ内課金で『月額課金』を購入していただきます。
『ポケットメディカアプリ』で『月額課金』を購入していただきますと『家庭の医学forポケットメディカ』『処方薬事典forポケットメディカ』『アンチエイジング＋ダイエットforポケットメディカ』の便利機能が同時に開放されます。
