SecureDrive è lo spazio di Trusted Cloud di InfoCert dove mettere al sicuro i tuoi documenti importanti, proteggere le tue password e condividere in sicurezza i tuoi contratti, progetti ed ogni tipo di file.SecureDrive segue le raccomandazioni dell'Unione Europea in tema di cloud computing, aderisce agli standard dei principali ordini di categoria e ti aiuta a rispettare la legge di tutela della privacy.
Per utilizzare l’app è necessario aver acquistato SecureDrive dal Negozio InfoCert.
SecureDrive è composto da 4 moduli.
Attualmente sono disponibili:
A) SecureVault: è la Cassaforte Digitale dove nascondere e proteggere i file importanti. Quest’area è protetta dal codice di cifratura, attraverso il quale è garantita la privacy dei dati degli utenti . Inoltre è possibile condividere documenti via link proteggendo le condivisioni con password da comunicare ai destinatari tramite canali sicuri. Con la funzione di versioning è infine possibile gestire la cronologia delle versioni dei documenti.
B) SecureSync: è l’area di sincronizzazione e backup dei dati; consente il caricamento e la condivisione di file di grandi dimensioni via link. Anche in quest’area è possibile gestire le versioni dei singoli documenti con le funzioni di cancellazione e ripristino.
C) SecurePassword: anche quest’ area è protetta dal codice di cifratura. E’ un portachiavi sicuro dove gli utenti possono salvare le proprie password, PIN o dati di carte di credito, conti bancari etc. per averli sempre a disposizione
D) SecureInBox: questo modulo da un’opportunità innovativa agli utenti di scambiare documenti con altri. Si chiama SmartShare ed è la funziona attraverso la quale un utente di SecureDrive può richiedere ad un soggetto esterno di condividere un documento direttamente nel proprio SecureDrive.
