就讓我們成為你們家的橋樑，透過愛的溝通，讓每個關係破口得以修補。「毒家網絡」由禁毒基金贊助，目的是於社區建立關愛網絡，為高危/濫藥青少年提供支援。2015年5月成功申請將計劃延續兩年為現時「毒家網絡II」計劃，計劃更重點地為宿舍/曾入住院舍的青少年及家人提供更深入支援服務。計劃依舊以敘事治療為藍本，全方位地為有需要家庭提供支援，包括個案輔導、各類院舍支援小組、主題講座及家長義工支援等。
