「5星星戰士」是一個為ADHD學童及其家長設計的程式，透過獎勵計劃及小貼士協助處理ADHD孩子與其家長的生活問題，並提升孩子的專注與執行能力，學習情緒管理的方法，改善ADHD孩子與父母的關係。日常升級
日常升級是指日常生活流程的安排。
家長可於「5星星戰士」中為子女安排有規律的生活流程，協助子女建立習慣，減少拖延及遺漏，並以評分作為獎勵，以提升子女動機，減少父母與子女的衝突。
家長可使用內置的預設清單，或以文字及圖片/相片製成清單，並設定每項流程所需時間及次序。子女完成後由家長評分，以賺取分數(掌印)作寵物育成之用。
戰士修練
戰士修練是指功課管理。
學童可於預設清單中揀選或自行設定每天的功課及所需完成時間。程式中設有計時器讓學童完成功課後由家長評分，以賺取分數(掌印)作寵物育成之用。
成就/遊戲
學童可於遊戲版面進行視覺及聽覺專注力遊戲，亦可運用於日常升級及戰士修練中所賺取的分數(掌印)育成不同的寵物。
家長可於成就版面中檢視子女育成寵物的進度。
任務
家長可按期望和子女的特質訂立期望子女出現的好行為，並設定獎勵計劃，讓學童於完成後由家長評分，以賺取分數(星星)兌換獎勵之用。
情緒秘技
內有情緒卡，提醒學童以合適的方法選取有效、準確及正面的方法抒緩負面情緒。家長可從預設的情緒及方法中揀選，或以相片、文字自行製作情緒卡。
當學童察覺到自己的情緒，並以情緒卡的方法緩情緒後由家長評分，以賺取分數(星星)兌換獎勵之用。
獎賞
家長可訂立物質或非物質的獎勵，讓子女選擇運用於任務及情緒秘技中所得的分數(星星)兌換。
