Entergy’s latest version is a native mobile app, replacing the prior web version.
New features include:
• Biometrics Authentication – After first login using myEntergy credentials, mobile app users can opt in for face or fingerprint recognition.
• Pay Now – One-time Quick Pay setup allows users to pay with single swipe.
• Power Status and Estimated Time to Restore – After logging in, customers will see power status from the home screen, where they can track estimated restoration times during outages.
• View Outage Map – A new map built for mobile devices allows users to track outage by the customer service address or location of their mobile device.
• View Usage from Smart Meters – Customers with an AMI advanced meter installed can view their usage, which updates every 4-5 hours with real-time usage and cost.
• Guest Payment – This option allows customers to “Continue as Guest,” using their customer account number and QPC code to make a guest payment.
• Map of Walk-in Payment Centers and Locate Nearest Payment Center: Find the nearest locations based on mobile device location.

2 ★The outages map/area doesn't update. I reported my outage a couple of days ago and it still continues to tell me I have power when I log onto it to check the status of our area.
1 ★Not a great app. Can't get text alerts to work after registration. It says it doesn't recognize my phone number. It's in there! Not intuitive at all.
1 ★Our whole neighborhood is out of power but yet it is saying we have power. Trying to communicate with it via text is useless. Trying to call hold time 30mins +. It is using up my phone battery!
1 ★Couldn't pay my bill on time because it was on a scheduled maintenance.. And now no option to pay your bill due date without a fee 🙄
1 ★Upgraded my phone, and now your app says minimum security not met. This device is more secure than my last one, so maybe your app is outdated. So wish I had other energy options
1 ★Horrible it has taken me and my friends over a month to try and access our accounts. I think I finally figured out what I needed to do. Makes no sense why this information was not given to customers. Not to mention being charged for electricity we never had in September. Lake Charles was hit by 2 Hurricane Laura and Delta. Explain how anybody was billed for September and part of October.
1 ★Have never had issues till today!! This new update is HORRIBLE. It has messed up my account so bad that I've had to start a new email just to try to reset it and now it won't even find my acct number. On top of that, the system automatically input someone else's email address and tried to get me to activate it. I am so frustrated. I need them to reset my entire profile and even the support section is no longer working.
1 ★Loved this app but can not stand two things. I get signed out when I try to click the back button and I can't download my bill?! Says I need to allow permission that I denied. It doesn't ask for permission. I've been using it for quite sometime now and wish it was easier. Entergy makes more than enough money to have a working app.

1 ★This app is completely useless. Since this app was updated I have had one issue after another paying my bill or getting into my account. Every time I log in it tells me my password is wrong, but when I try to reset it it says I can't use the same as the last one! The last one is the one your app said was wrong! If I reset it it still tells me it's wrong! But the new update I did just now won't even send me the link to change my password..BECAUSE IT SAYS IT'S WRONG AGAIN! Totally useless app!
1 ★Its been a real pain in the a** paying my bill to you guys. The app always asks me to sign in (and ends up just opening a tab in my internet browser) which is inconvenient but fine I suppose. My main issue is when my password isn't working. I ask to reset my password so I give my email and another damn pin number. Okay great, you so say are sending me a link so I can reset my password. Ive been waiting nearly an hour and still haven't received the email and YES IVE CHECKED MY SPAM
1 ★Nothing connects. I requested access to our account 5 times. Five emails were initiated, however the link that the email is supposed to take me to in order to set up access is "No Longer Found". This app is a joke. I will advise everyone to continue getting paper bills in the mail and either calling Entergy or walk into an Entergy service center to pay for your services.
