4 ★It's pretty much an app that shows you ephemeris tables. you could probably distill to a horoscope if you knew what you were doing, but it's certainly not going to give you a plain-english prediction unless you put the parts together, as it were.

3 ★mmm was good until I ran my birth date, and time. using the Placidius chart option, and the time I was born, with the GPS box checked, the planets were correct, the houses are not. I'm thinking time zone may be an issue? I'm PST you show UT. What is UT and is there a way to put in PST?
