2. Применение одной лечебной физкультуры значимо эффективнее у пациентов мужского пола, чем у лиц женского пола, однако другие гендерные различия в применяемых методах были не достоверны.
3. Сочетание всех трёх применяемых методов лечения депрессии было более эффективно, чем монотерапия и комплексы нелекарственной терапии, кроме недостоверного отличия от сочетания психотерапии и лечебной физкультуры, при этом не зависящих от возраста пациентов.
4. Устойчивость пациентов к респираторной гипоксии уменьшается, а время зрительно-моторной реакции увеличивается при непсихотических депрессивных нарушениях у подростков.
5. При депрессивных расстройствах непсихотического уровня у подростков достоверно снижается потребление витаминов группы B (тиамина, пиридоксина, ниацина, рибофлавина).
