In order to have the full functionality of the app and to ensure that only delegates attending the meeting have the access to the meeting application, A mail will be sent to you from the organizing company including a pin code.
Once you receive the pin code you need to enter it in the welcoming page of the app. to enjoy and be updated with all activities for your upcoming meeting and enjoy the full features of the app
