5 ★Our schools just started using this app for their dismissal procedures. It seems like it will help a lot with the COVID-19 issues going on and helping to get my kids out quicker in the pick up line. I had an issue in getting my child loaded on the app, but an email sent to the PikMyKid support staff had me up in running with it very quickly. Heather Hobden had a very fast response and made the quick fix. I see a lot of negative ratings on here, but I feel if you work with the support team, they can make the easy fixes you need which will ultimately improve the program. Outstanding customer service!!
5 ★Simple. Useful. Convenient. The customer service was fast and attentive and my issue was resolved quickly. Kakuli provided me all the info I required to use the app properly. Now I am able to see both my children in the app. Thank you so much !
1 ★This application seriously SUCKS! Accessing the calendar is a pain in the rear, if something is the key part of the app, why is it so hard to access? Also, assigning delegates is simply the most convoluted process imaginable. This app is not ready for release.
1 ★Horrible. Our school started using this. I got my one time code, but apparently this app only imports 1 phone number for my kids as primary pickup. Finally got in after the school uploaded my info/wife added me to pick them up. Well the next day (today) when I tried to log in to see the geofence around school it had kicked me out and erased all my kids info. Not impressed at all.
2 ★SCHOOLS: CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES. Buggy, poor support, aggravating interface. Support takes several days to respond and the excuse is high volumes as school starts. Dev should have planned for this. Thus to change pickup modes a parent may need to call school daily. Both my parent account and a delegate account became dissociated from my child and developer's repeated answer is to contact the school when problem was the app and school couldn't help. Takes 3 clicks to accomplish one click tasks.
5 ★I really appreciate the app. I had to pick my 2 children from school and i was unable to see them on the app but with kakuli’s quick support i was able to pick my children on time. I would really recommend other schools to use this app too. Thanks kakuli for the help. Appreciated!

1 ★I couldn't get it to connect to my school which is probably a common problem but pick my kid has horrible customer service or tech support I emailed back and forth with them for several days still couldn't get satisfaction, all I wanted was for them to delete my account so I could restart it they said the school had to do it but it had never connected to my school so it wasn't associated with my school, all I can say is horrible customer service!
1 ★This app does not work. It doesnt track my progress to school, it claims the drive is 20 minutes and its actually ten. When I get to school I cannot check in because it says I will still be driving for 10 minutes. It doesnt make any sense. It's pretty worthless.
2 ★The app is fine but the process is very time consuming to fix the issue. Neha helped me in fixing the issue but it took a lot of time and emails ! There is a lot of room for improvement
1 ★This app and the customer service are junk. More testing should've been done to ensure it works properly. And the customer service is an absolute joke, emails and phone calls go unanswered.
