Automation and AccessibilityService API
If you choose to create a 'Foreground application' trigger or use the Blacklist option, Overlays will require you to enable the AccessibilityService permission in order to identify which application is running in the foreground. Beyond that temporary identification, no data is collected or shared.

How to install Overlays - Floating Launcher APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Overlays - Floating Launcher APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

2 ★I don't like it seems useless I just wanted to play among us and text at the same time :/ I'm deleting
4 ★This app has a minor incompatibility with the Nova Launcher. If you use this Launcher for your home screen, this app has an issue if you try to open an app from a floating icon from the home screen. It hangs for 5-10 seconds before opening the app. Works perfectly with the default pixel launcher, and works fine if you have an app in the foreground in the Nova Launcher, but I hope this issue is fixed so this app can work seamlessly with the great utility of the Nova Launcher.
3 ★Are you kidding me? I patiently waited for a year, giving good reviews and all, and you STILL haven't implemented multitabbed browsing? Also, trigger on notification tap. Also, automatically pull an icon from app and making it the minimizer icon by default. Also fix memory leaks, how on earth a one-tabbed browser consumes 400+ mb of ram? Edit: well that explains a lot. Still, multitabbed browsing is a must have.
2 ★Disappointing. In landscape mode overlays appear at the very top covering the status bar and are impossible to move. Existing overlays don't handle screen orientation changes in a useful way. Sometimes overlays show up partially outside of the screen and are impossible to move inside. The app seems to have a potential, but currently it is full of annoying bugs.
5 ★The app is one of the most useful i have found, it makes any app or widget float and you can also hide your floating apps or widget with one generic flosting icon too. The developer answers questions quickly, just a tad difficult to find out how to use the sidebar ...its like this ...make your app or widget overlay, then find the general settings, click edit sidebar apps, and long press your app or widget to include it in the sidebar Brill App I have a Samsung Tablet A and it works ok ...dont listen to the play store message that its possibly not optimised for your device ...
5 ★Works well for providing me with drawing references that I don't have to zoom out to see, which makes making drawing just that much more efficient, but I can't grab colors from it and will have to insert the image onto the canvas, but that's not much of an issue.
1 ★INTRUSIVE APP. Made my screen dark with all other apps. Couldn't get past it. Didn't show up in recent apps. Only way to get rid of it was to uninstall it. Not good.
1 ★Very unreliable. Consistently doesn't work. Tried paid version, still doesn't work. More info.. Use it as an overlay for a counter app. The counter app works fine. This overlay app will not consistently stay at the forefront. I get it to work, then a day or two later it doesn't work. Have to delete/reinstall to get it to work (works about 50% of the time on the first time). Takes 7 to 8 times of this to get it to work. Have tried 15 times this time, no avail.
3 ★Having issues it gets stuck open at the top and cannot easily close nor move because the slide down bar is over overlay app. also cannot open email to give feedback. Just downloaded the update maybe you fixed it.... Nope same issues still not fixed. I cannot bring it down.. minimize from top because the pull down bar covers the overlay app controls. Please fix.
5 ★I really love your app. But would it be possible to reduce the minimum width and height of a widget in an overlay? Currently the smallest possible is 180*180px but I need to go smaller than that because some of my (custom) widgets are not that big. Or add a new class of floatable that can be placed over other floatables (widgets etc) that when tapped, essentially prevents every part of the overlay beneath it from being tapped so that whatever is behind the overlay gets tapped instead. Thank you!
5 ★Definitely the most useful app for floating items. The sidebar and automation features give Overlays a clear edge over any app of its kind! Plus, no glitches or bugs on any of.my.three devices. Have yet to find a better app for multitasking. Thanks!
5 ★It was a great app to use, esp if your phone doesn't have multitask feature : music doesn't stop on youtube even when screen is off, this is what I like abt it most , aside from other support it gives. So i gave 5 star, and this is just rare that I do.
