2 ★The coupon function never works. Store says there's coupons in the app but there never there

1 ★App has completely stopped working in any of my local stores. Have refreshed/restarted WiFi, uninstalled/reinstalled app, restarted phone, etc and I still get an error every time I try to use. CS in two stores have confirmed it should be available, but it is not.

1 ★Overall it's ok after you get logged in. But to log in they designed app to not be friendly towards password managers, which makes logging in a hassle. Would be nice if they let you use Gmail to create account/login. Also, they make you download a separate app to cash in on grocery dollars. What a joke.

2 ★I like the convenience of this app, but clipping the digital coupons rarely works correctly.

1 ★This app is amazing however, I am told Giant will no longer be allowing the self scan app when shopping. I was told to delete the app from the manager at my local store.

2 ★I will continue to use this app but it is a bumblebutt of bugs. It is convenient as I don't have to talk to anyone, I get to pay on the app, use reusable bags, and walk out with the express lane. BUT it takes a lot of time to make sure things are scanning right. The camera freezes in the middle of a scan and will put multiple of the same item in your cart. Sometimes it's just one or two exta, sometimes it's 48! You have to delete them one at a time. Always check your cart! I hope for an update.

1 ★I have tried this on a pixel 5 and pixel 7 and it didn't work on either. I get stuck on an error saying I need to be on the Giant WiFi even when I am on the correct WiFi network. When I temporarily had an iPhone I had no issues using the iPhone version.

1 ★Didn't work. I connect to the in store WiFi and but it didn't recognize it. Worthless.
